Chau and her family make you feel right at home. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and so close to all the attractions. It is right around the corner from the night market, yet once you round that corner her building offers a quiet respite from all the hustle and bustle. I walked to all the activities I had planned and feel like I really got to experience Hoi An. Chau also organized all my transfers from the airport! I would warly and enthusiastically recommend staying with Chau!

We had a wonderful stay for just over a week. The location was perfect. Very close to the centre but not too close so away from the crowds. Loved the pool and the indoor terrace. On hot days it was the perfect location to come back and chill out for a few hours. The host was super friendly and had excellent advice on local attractions and restaurants. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable. A great villa! Home away from home!

Great location about a 5 minute walk from old town Hoi An. Location is excellent as you get a bit of peace and quiet as well as being able to get to town quickly. We rented mopeds too and they had a dedicated garage next to to house to park them that was seen to regularly by their staff. Would highly recommended!

If you visit Hoi An, you MUST stay here. This is right along the river in the Ancient city. The hosts will collect you from the airport, bring you and your bags here, and deliver concierge-level service. Trust their recommendations and you’ll have the trip of a lifetime!

We absolutely loved staying here! Chung and An, our hosts, were so warm and friendly. They let us store our bags with them whilst we went to the Cham Islands for the night. We ended up having to stay on the island for a week because the weather turned bad and it wasn't safe to cross back to the mainland (which wasn't a problem for us as we loved it there!), and Chung was incredibly helpful about taking care of our bags until we returned. We loved the room and the view of the rice paddies out the back, and it was great to have an outdoor dining/working area in the garden. We used their free bikes and when we needed a scooter Chung organised a really good one for us, at a reasonable price. This Homestay is set back from quite a busy road, so if you can't cope with road noise it probably isn't for you. Other than that, we couldn't recommend it highly enough! It's very clean and incredibly good value with lovely hosts. We will definitely come back next time we're in Hoi An.

I have completed my trip to Da Nang with my family, experience the airbnb Caden Home, architecture in Japanese - Korean style, warm space, spacious, airy, minimalist architecture but very delicate and the best experience is that I have a hot bath with a Japanese bathtub, Only about 5-7p walk to the sea is very suitable for people who like to walk and look around like me. Also host Anh Duc and friend Triet were very friendly and enthusiastic to advise me and very interested in my experience when I was in Cadenhome. Coming here you can experience washing with coins, quickly and conveniently. I'll be back here soon.

Great! Accommodation true to the photos and functional

One of my favorite stays. The room is soooo spacious and clean. The area is nice and the parking out front for the motorbike was very convenient. Will definitely book again if I'm in the area. Also allowed me to check in earlier which was so kind of them.

Perfect location near My Khe beach, right in the middle of vibrant nightlife on bar street. Host was very supportive and helpful. Highly recommended!

The house was great and beautiful. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The host and co-host were extremely friendly and welcoming, sharing lots of useful information. You can also rent a motorbike from them at a very affordable price. Highly recommended!!

Thao is a great host. It feels very charm and cosy. She is quite effective responding the messages and requests. Also, she helps to rent bikes or arrange transport services. Definitely, this is a worthy place.

This is a great find. The view from the balcony is lovely and the room itself is very comfortable. I worked remotely from the room looking over Hoi An old town for a few hours before heading out. The night market is 2min walk & the location for restaurants was perfect. The main strip of bars is close too, but far enough away that it’s peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

The host is responsive and check in was easy as there was a staff who guided and waited for us til we arrive. I have a fantastic stay overall. The location was on a residential side. The space was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. One small note: the bed was a bit firm for my liking. However, this is a personal preference and might be perfect for others. Despite this, I still had a good night's sleep and enjoyed my stay. Thank you to Thi and her staff for the hospitality. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay.

The host provided clear check-in instructions, and upon arrival, we were welcomed by a beautifully decorated yellow living room. All the bedrooms were spacious, though we wish the mattresses had been a bit softer.

The host provided a kind explanation of Hoian and actively responded to the emergency situation. It's a house I'd love to come back to next time.

We had a really nice stay over Trang's place. The room was really clean, it included everything we needed. Spacious, with a really nice balcony and a very comfortable bed. She was really responsive to everything that we needed, everything was super nice!
