Apartment vacation rentals in Hải Châu District

Our stay here was brief but very comfortable. Dong greeted us at the reception when we arrived and was kind enough to keep the room ready before the check-in time to accommodate for our arrival. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. It’s also located very close to the airport, the dragon bridge, a lot of amazing restaurants and cafes, and the Son Tra night market.

Everything was great except for the inconvenience of having just 1 access card. It would be good to have at least 2 set since there it is a 2-bedroom apartment. Other than that, location is great, the building receptionist could smile more and be more approachable. The security guard is hard working and polite. Will consider returning for stay if I am back in Da Nang again!

We loved our stay at Linh's place. Linh was a great communicator, would answer questions promptly. Everything is like the photos published, it is very clean, and homely. It is in a top spot, right near the Hans River Bridge, you have views of the river from the bedroom and bathroom. It was great to have a washing machine to wash our clothes, it was a godsend. We were able to obtain a late checkout; nothing was too much trouble for Linh. We highly recommend Linh's place and would definitely recommend to family and friends if ever in Da Nang. If we ever get the chance to return to Da Nang, we wouldn't hesitate to book Linh's place again.

This is my 2nd visit. The penthouse is big and good. It is on the top floor and is in downtown Da Nang, so it is easy to get around. It is great for a large family to stay and I highly recommend it to others.

Host is very nice, kind and responsive. The place is awesome..big and felt like home. Good place for a big family. There's restaurant and cafe around the area. The cafe across the road, Incheon cafe, is a good and nice place to relax and chill. 2 minimart across the road. Really love the place. Had a really good time chilling with my family and had a good night sleep. Will book this place again. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved this little gem, not only is it surrounded by various local restaurants, but it is comfy and soundproof. I loved my stay here, the host was always responsive and kind Pro's Stable wifi Comfortable bed Hot Water Kitchen Utensils Newer Building so NO MOLD (I'm allergic so this was mandatory for me to not have any mold) Con's I don't have any

My son and I loved staying at the Banana Flower homestay. The layout was perfect for us as he had his own zone up on the mezzanine and I had space downstairs but we were within the same room. Linh was an exceptional host and nothing was ever too much trouble. Her housekeeping staff were very kind and kept everything clean and even changed the bed for my son when he was ill with a fever. We loved the accessibility to the river promenade and excellent shopping and sightseeing. We would recommend this homestay for it's great value and hospitality.

We stayed for one quick day but our stay here was amazing. Linh is really kind and sweet she helped us with everything that we needed. The room was big and really clean. We definitely recommend this!

The owner always responded incredibly quickly and accommodated all our requests. The location was excellent—there was a beautiful grassy park right in front, it was close to the Han River, and there were many restaurants and cafés nearby. Cong Café, in particular, was just a 30-second walk away. It was an amazing stay!

This is an absolutely brilliant place to stay. It is located in a quiet area and most things are in walking distance on both sides of the river. Check in is easy as they meet you and show you how everything works. The apartment is a great size and furnished with high quality furniture. We stayed for almost a month and have booked again for next year. It is that good. The host was amazing every time we had a slight problem it was sorted straight away, which you do not get with all hosts! I highly recommend this to anyone staying in Danang.

A well-located accommodation. It happened to be during the fireworks festival, so I was able to see fantastic fireworks in front of the accommodation. The accommodation is tidy and the response is quick. I intend to revisit.

Juno is a great, friendly and hospitable host. He allowed us to check in earlier and also provide us with things that we asked for. The airbnb also has a small cute dog and occasionally we see the dog greets us. Overall, the room is nice and cozy, and we have nothing to complain about. Definitely will recommend this place as the area has restaurants and shops that are within walking distance.

The accommodation is very clean and the same as the photos. It felt very well maintained. The host was very friendly and responsive, making it a comfortable stay. It wasn't noisy because it was a residential area, and there were many restaurants, cafes, and bakeries around, so I was able to have a good time with my family. I want to come again next time.

We were two guests at Brian’s apartment. I highly recommend Brian and his apartment it to anyone visiting Da Nang. The apartment was spacious with all necessities. It was also very clean and tidy. The floor is high above street level, which makes the surroundings private and calm. The building has 24/7 security and has a good location in the city. Brian is a great host. He responds quickly, provides accurate information and is helpful in general. Overall a great stay.

Spacious one-room apartment, with weekly cleaning. There are kitchen utensils, oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. The owner is very attentive to the comfort of guests. The hotel has a small gym, but quite equipped to keep fit during your stay. The area is very comfortable for a long stay, many shops and cafes. The beach is 15 minutes walk away.
