Waterfront vacation rentals in Hải Châu District

Everything was great except for the inconvenience of having just 1 access card. It would be good to have at least 2 set since there it is a 2-bedroom apartment. Other than that, location is great, the building receptionist could smile more and be more approachable. The security guard is hard working and polite. Will consider returning for stay if I am back in Da Nang again!

We loved our stay at Linh's place. Linh was a great communicator, would answer questions promptly. Everything is like the photos published, it is very clean, and homely. It is in a top spot, right near the Hans River Bridge, you have views of the river from the bedroom and bathroom. It was great to have a washing machine to wash our clothes, it was a godsend. We were able to obtain a late checkout; nothing was too much trouble for Linh. We highly recommend Linh's place and would definitely recommend to family and friends if ever in Da Nang. If we ever get the chance to return to Da Nang, we wouldn't hesitate to book Linh's place again.

Clean, comfortable, and affordable apartment in a quiet neighborhood but also not too far from the city center, great for both short term and long term stays. Comes with a nice kitchen, work station, and free washing and drying. Hosts are also very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!

The Tran Thi Ly bridge view apartment I just rented for 1 night, the experience is quite satisfied. Beautiful view, especially in the evening overlooking the bridge is very chill. Suitable for a short getaway or a weekend change.

Great room, great living experience, very friendly host, very flexible service. At first, I thought the room had no window, but I found that the door in the small kitchen could be opened, which solved the problem of ventilation. The room is well furnished and has a good sense of design. The disadvantage is that the corridor is narrow and it is inconvenient to get in and out. There is no common area. The host provides free laundry service, thank you very much.

A large flat, in a new building, well situated, quiet street and many coffe place and restaurant around! Near perfect for this price! We booked an other night for later..

Spacious one-room apartment, with weekly cleaning. There are kitchen utensils, oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. The owner is very attentive to the comfort of guests. The hotel has a small gym, but quite equipped to keep fit during your stay. The area is very comfortable for a long stay, many shops and cafes. The beach is 15 minutes walk away.

I really enjoyed staying in this room everything was nice and comfortable. The hosts always replied quickly to my questions and requests

My family and I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay! There are restaurants, cafes and massage parlours within walkable distance. Hosts are helpful in providing local recommendations and arranging transport too 🙏🏼

Tra is an extremely cute and friendly host and went above and beyond. I wish I could give this place more than five stars the whole process was extremely easy and Tra was so responsive and helpful. The place is also decorated very nice and clean. You won't be disappointed if you book with Tra. :)

Donna's apartment was perfect for the two of us. Being right across from the beach was a big plus. We had a couple of very minor issues that were resolved within minutes. Although we never met Donna face to face she was brilliant at keeping in touch. I would not hesitate in recommending Donna's apartment if you're looking for a modern but cozy place to live while enjoying Da Nang.

Flawless accommodation! May has been helpful since day one, she made sure we didn't miss anything. This accommodation located in the à la carte hotel is known to all (Grab/Taxis) and is by the sea, easily accessible on foot, near the dragon bridge. The value for money is very good! She even offers a full cleaning service of the accommodation included in the price. Thanks again May!!

Amazing location right across from the beach which is only a 2-3 minute walk away. Lively area with many places to eat and drink. The wifi was great, amazing ac unit, and comfortable bed. Very safe building. Nice massage area and pool on the top floor. One of the best airbnbs in da nang

Shine is a sociable, helpful hostess. A great building with a good swimming pool. The apartment is big and clean. Comfortable for a family of 4 (2 in each bedroom). If you don't mind the comfort, you can accommodate 1-2 more people in the living room. As many wrote - it's very noisy on the street, but in these apartments the noise is not so loud and the noise ends at 23.00 - we don't go to bed earlier, and the morning exercises are not so loud and you can't hear them. Next time I visit DaNang, I will definitely choose this apartment to stay.
