The lovingly designed apartment has a floor area of about 60 square meters and is located on the ground floor (barrier-free) with terrace. The Steinhuder Meer (Hagenburg Canal) is a few minutes' walk away, Steinhude is about 2.5 km away.

A tiny house is available for rent in the Steinhuder Meer recreational area (Mardorf) The cottage is located on a quiet side street. The promenade is within walking distance. 10-15 minutes. There is a forest right outside the door. Behind the house is the bike path around Steinhuder Meer, so you can start right outside the front door. Daily necessities are easily reached on foot or by bike.
