Our house is located in the village center of Kastelbell Tschars in the Untervinschgau in a quiet location, an ideal holiday destination for families with children in every season. The concept is "living in nature" . Special features include two glass fronts with unrestricted views across the valley that can be opened on both sides in the basement. This makes it possible to create a pleasant climate, even with strong sunlight . Accessible as both levels have a separate entrance.

Das Haus steht für sich alleine in Mitten der Natur: direkt unterhalb des Ski- und Wandergebietes Meran 2000 und nur 10km zur Stadt Meran. 170 Quadratmeter bieten Platz für acht bis zu 12 Personen. Der Garten ist sanft abfallend, gleich hinter den drei Lärchen, ca. 100meter entfernt, liegt unser anderes Chalet, das Chalet Leckplått. Private Bergblick Sauna.

The Gann-Greit vacation home is located at 1300 meters above sea level in Villanders in a quiet, idyllic location away from road noise and hustle and bustle. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people.
