2024 Haziran ayında 1 hafta kaldık, fakat yorum yazma imkanımız olmamıştı. Çok beğendiğimiz için ikinci defa ama bu sefer daha uzun kaldık. Evin manzarası gerçekten muhteşem. Evin içi sade ve oldukça zevkli döşenmiş. Ayrıca evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey var ve rahat etmeniz için her şeyi ince düşünmüşler. Esra Hanım, çok kibar, özenli ve anlayışlı bir ev sahibi. Seneye tekrar kalacağımız kesin diyebiliriz.

We feel greatfull to stay at Jill’s place. It felt just like home. Everything was amazing. The house was clean, very well organized. Her attention to detail made ourselves feel like home and she was always one message away from us. The location was prime, lots of popular restaurants around, minutes away… We will definately be back next time we visit Alaçatı.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Surroundings are beautiful and view from the balcony was great. Definitely need a car to visit places. Local grocery stores 5 minutes away by car. Local beach was dirty so we googled around for better beaches. Mid September the pool was cold so we didn’t enjoy the pool however the place was great for a family reunion of 9. There are beautiful beaches 20-30 minutes all around. Be ready for a very steep drive up to the house and plenty of friendly cats stopping by. There is a soccer field and basketball field 10 minutes walking from the house. Overall I would recommend this place for bigger families! We left with positive emotions as this was our first time in Turkey.

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kids und es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Der Pool und die Aussenlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Danke an Herr Erdogan der als Nachbar den Garten pflegt:) Im Haus hatten wir viel Platz und es war alles wie beschrieben. Alles soweit sauber bis auf den Abfluss im bad. Hier hätten die Putzkräfte besser sauber machen müssen. Wir können ruhiges Gewissen die Villa empfehlen. Herr Ramazan Tekin ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und war stets erreichbar. Danke

Özlem Hanım sayesinde konaklamamız sorunsuz bir şekilde geçti. Konaklamadan önce sorularımıza seri bir şekilde yanıt verdi ve detaylı açıklamalar yaptı. 12 kişilik arkadaş grubumuzla güzel bir hafta sonu geçirdik. 6 aileydik, herkesin kendi odası ve banyosu vardı. Evin olanakları çok yeterliydi her odada klima, geniş bahçe, 2 tane büyük mangal mutfak araç gereçleri her iki katta da mutfak geniş oturma grupları dostlarımızla rahatça vakit geçirdik çeşme merkeze araçla 10, Alaçatı'ya da 15 dakika.

Konakladığım çiftlik evi, temizlik ve konfor açısından gerçekten beklentilerimin ötesindeydi. Özellikle bahçesi, geniş ve bakımlı olmasıyla huzur verici bir atmosfere sahipti; doğayla iç içe, keyifli vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir alan sunuyor. 6 kişi aile olarak konakladık. Evin hem içi hem bahçesi harikaydı. Şömine keyfi mükemmeldi. Alaçatı çarşıya arabayla birkaç dakika mesafede. Her akşam alaçatı çarşıya gittik. Sığacık, Urla, Germiyan köyü, Alaçatı Sosyete pazarı ilk aklıma gelen güzel önerebileceğim yerlerden. Mart sonunda tatil yaptık. Ev gayet güzel ısınıyor. Biz gittiğimizde şiddetli dolu ve yağmur yağdığı için evin içinde şömine başında da vakit geçirme şansımız oldu. Ev çok büyük ve huzur dolu olduğu için çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Evin bahçesi, limon ağaçları ve şömine keyfi, Şimdiden çok özledik. Zeynep hanım ve eşi çok sıcakkanlı, çok yardımseverler. Kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Harika bir tatil geçirdik. En kısa zamanda tekrar kalmak istiyoruz. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Çeşme’de Şerafettin Bey'in sunduğu konaklama deneyimi gerçekten harikaydı. Ev, fazlasıyla geniş ve tertemizdi, her detay özenle düşünülmüştü. Fotoğraflarda gördüğümüz her şey tam anlamıyla birebir sunulmuştu ve hiçbir sürprizle karşılaşmadık. Ev sahibi, herhangi bir sorun ya da ihtiyaç durumunda, saat fark etmeksizin bize destek sağladı, bu da konforlu ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladı. Kasım ayında olmamıza rağmen, havuz ısıtma sistemi sayesinde havuzu kullanabilmek de büyük bir artı oldu. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz, Şerafettin Bey'e teşekkür ederiz!

Gerçekten mükemmel bir tatil yaptık. Ev harika, konumu harika, Mücahit Bey çok ilgiliydi. Ev temizdi, evden yürüyerek Çeşme çarşı ve marina ya gidebiliyorsunuz buda sizi otopark derdinden kurtarıyor. Evin önünde kendi arabanızı çok rahat park edebiliyorsunuz. Kesinlikle kendi eviniz gibi huzurlu ve rahat olabiliyorsunuz. Mücahit Bey'in tavsiye ile gittiğimiz Kocakarı plajında iki bebek ile çok rahat zaman geçirdik. Her şey için teşekkürler.
