Excellent location, walkable & close to plenty of restaurants. The space is comfortable with all the amenities. The kitchen is spacious. Though we didn’t cook, it has everything you would need! The master bedroom with ensuite is on the second floor with beautiful views and the modern bathroom with rain shower feels luxurious. Carpark is an added bonus ! We would love to revisit.

From before booking the host was fast answering my questions which was hugely reassuring having never used AirBnB before. On arrival everything was as expected and somethings beyond expected such as the built in kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher. This was massively helpful for our family. Our little boy said wowwwwww when we first entered :) The beds are comfortable and our boys enjoyed watching rabbits from their bedroom window first thing. When we were cleaning and tidying up to leave, we noticed the drawer with some books in under the TV. Might be of interest to someone…. We would definitely make use of this host and accomodation again in the future. The boys loved Treyarnon Bay beach and learned to body board with their dad whilst being watched over by life guards. It was also lovely to have a little BBQ on the beach one night and S’mores on another night. Take Glow Sticks! And a bucket of Water. There are also ample bins and recycling bins. My family and I had the fortune to stay at Gordon's house during half term break and from the moment we stepped inside, we felt right at home. The views; well what can I say? The house is surrounded by stunning sea views and it was so calming to fall asleep at night with the sound of the waves and to wake up each morning with the sunrise and the sea in front of us. The views were so stunning that I insisted on our daily excursions ended promptly at 4pm so I could spend an hour sat on the sofa with a glass of wine in hand, staring out to sea before the sun set. The house itself is beautiful and so tastefully decorated. It made me want to buy lots of art and improve my own home! We lit the gas fire every evening which was easy to use and created a gorgeous atmosphere while we relaxed with a meal or the kids watched TV. Oh and what a shower! For rest and relaxation, this home will not disappoint.

We loved it.We stayed for 3 nights and we wish that we had booked for extra days😔 So much to do but very little time.Everything was just easily accessible from restaurants to village shops to the kids park,the coastal path and the beach. If you're into surfing and hiking like I do, then I highly recommend this place. After a long day of hiking and body boarding/swimming we just love to get comfy on the cosy couch and put something on the 70in screen for the family. The views from this place is worth waking up to every morning. Jennifers instructions were clear and precise.Didnt need to call her for anything. Definitely will book again and for a longer stay next time around.

Ideal location for our long stay during winter. The sunrises over the bay were beautiful. Three coffee shops and a supermarket within in a short walk. Super comfortable bed, luxurious bed linen. Fast and easy communications with the host. Everything you could need in an AirBnB. Would highly recommend.

Lovely base for a weekend in Newquay. The house is in a great location. Plenty of space for our group of four, comfortable beds and big communal areas downstairs. We didn't use the garden much but it's a nice space and great to have the option. There was a small issue with the flush in the downstairs toilet, but we weren't home a lot so it didn't really affect our stay too much. Ellie was very responsive and helpful in trying to resolve it. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely stunning location! The views are outstanding and the private access direct to the estuary/beach is great. The garden is steep but that’s to be expected, we made great use of the pool and hot tub and it was an added bonus that we could use the paddle boards! The house its self is beautiful and spotlessly clean. A few things do need sorting though, there was the odd missing door handle, bifold doors are hard to use and the master bathroom door didn’t close. However these didn’t bother us at all as everything else was perfect. Easy walking distance to Crantock and Fistral beaches, which were both beautiful. We would 100% book again! Great place to stay, fabulous views. Mel is a great communicator. Swimming pool 2 min walk away. Grandchildren absolutely loved it (as did we all). Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. Bonus was the weather was amazing for April.

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Halula Beach House for my hen do weekend, it was the perfect pad! Pool, hot tub, silent disco, huge table we could all sit round… and just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Would highly recommend it!

Another fantastic stay at Creek Cottage - we loved every second and didn't want to leave. The property itself has everything you need and more for the perfect break with a great mix of relaxation but also facilities on site such as a pool, restaurant / bar & soft play - you will love it. The property itself has a beautifully positioned patio which includes a seating area in the tranquil spot by a little stream with parking directly outside the front door for easy access. As others have mentioned very thoughtful touches on arrival and also ample cutlery etc. for children which is a great bonus. Harry is a genuine host who gave clear and accurate information and support (if needed). We can’t wait to be back again for more family breaks in the future.

We loved this property, its amazing, with great facilities and beautiful views. The kitchen area is great if you have a large family or friends visiting. The host is very responsive and helpful. The property is very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend it if staying in this area in Cornwall, great location.

Very comfortable attractive accommodation. An interesting area. Walking to the beach is good at low tide, as is the walk to Charlestown. Well located to visit places of interest, and the local restaurants and beaches are well described in the information pack. We had a lovely stay - very comfortable beds and good facilities.

Lucy and Marcus were very responsive to my messages and also very accommodating of our 7 month old. Their place was exactly as described and the perfect home for our holiday plus my parents haven’t stopped talking about how comfortable they found the beds.

Just returned from a lovely 3 night stay among the dunes at the Rest House. The property was very nice, a short walk to the beautiful Holywell dunes and beach. Debbie was very responsive throughout our stay. Thanks!

Jo communication was perfect and Jo was quick to help us with an issue (our issue not the houses). The garden was lovely and would be great on a summers day. The house was spacious and comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach and coast path, we walked in both directions. There is a nice bakery 5 minutes walk away. All in all we had a lovely time staying at Jo's house.

Had such a lovely stay. Hosts were so friendly and came and introduced themselves and made us feel right at home. Fantastic location for lusty glaze. Lovely air bnb, everything you need! Will be back! Thank you ☺️

What an absolutely lovely property, perfect for eight adults and dogs! Well laid out, comfortable beds and it was lovely to find a really well equipped kitchen. The dogs in particular loved the underfloor heating!! The house is a lovely 10 minute walk to the stunning Daymer Bay and if you continue walking along the coastal path towards Rock you can catch the ferry to Padstow. Rachael was really responsive and provided recommendations for places to eat. Would 💯 recommend!

Danielle and Marc are great communicators and were available via phone/text should i needed them. The annex is lovely and cosy with all you need for a short break, i look forward to being back down again either end of the year or early next year and hope they have availability.. will recommend them to family and friends

We had a lovely stay at Bella Vista, we were a group of 12 friends and felt the house was a good size for us. The best part about it is probably its location, in a really lovely village, close to lots of amenities (walking distance) and easy enough to get into Newquay via taxis. It’s near a really lovely beach and has good outside space. Only thing we found difficult as a group of 12 friends was sharing 1 communal shower. If the second bathroom had a shower head over the bath, it would be perfect! But may be easier with younger families. Overall we had a fantastic time and thank Clare for her hospitality, she was great from booking through to checkout!:))
