Great place to stay and was clean and tidy! Responsive and friendly host who helped with recommendations!

We went a s a group of 12 friends , the house was warm welcoming and well stocked . The house is beautiful, Joy was 100% responsive and even messaged as we left to warn about the traffic so we could plan arount the agricultural fair . Anyone booking , do look plan ahead for any theatre show at the Minack such a beautiful backdrop for any production. The pool and BBQ look fantastic but we did not use them. I would definatley recommend to others. Many thanks Joy 😊 We felt so at home and really enjoyed this house

The house itself was perfect and just as described, lovely from start to finish. Great hot tub and spa & swimming pool facilities are amazing. Great location and reallt helpful welcome back with all useful information. The house had lovely personal touches like fresh flowers, Easter egg (as it was Easter), coffee, milk and hot cross buns. Really felt like it was a personal stay and we will be back again.

We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. A beautiful property in a very quiet and relaxing setting. Hosts provided all of the information we needed. We will certainly return for another visit in future!

We really enjoyed staying here as a group of five adults and 1 toddler. Plenty of room for us all and having 2 bathrooms was really great. The cabin is comfy and cosy, with beautiful views of the Cornish countryside. We used the cabin as a base to explore Cornwall as it is located centrally within easy reach of many popular towns. We loved coming back to the cabin in the evening and using the hot tub and waking up to the very friendly alpacas! You do have to drive up a very narrow and steep lane to reach the cabin but we were lucky that the lane is very quiet and so we never met any oncoming traffic. We would absolutely recommend and would love to return one day.

This was our family’s second stay at what is our favourite spot at Retallack. The lodge, being right on the water, feels peaceful and secluded, but is only a few minutes’ walk to the pool, restaurant and other amenities. Mel is a great host, always replying quickly, and the lodge has everything we needed for our stay. We’d definitely come back again.

We didn't spend alot of time there, due to the activities we had planned, but very comfortable and accommodating. Would stay again.

Excellent location and a tranquil setting. Property was excatly as described and the views were stunning. Easy walk down to Porthminster beach and into St Ives. Highly recommended and we would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a lovely week in the cottage. Our host Karen was welcoming and provided great directions making it easy to find the place. Roads are good and easy to navigate back and forth to Hayle and all routes from there within easy reach. Great location for exploring both North and South coasts all within 20-30mims max driving. While there is a 3 mile long gloriously sandy beach to walk and swim from within 5 mins walk of the property. Beach cafe is also very good for a light lunch, or afternoon tea or an ice cream. Thoroughly recommended. We will be returning I’m sure.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Cornwall, you have found Warren Way and it is available then I strongly recommend you stop looking for other properties and book. As everyone else has commented Warren Way is larger than the photographs show. The home is clean, homely and well presented. The bed is also very comfortable. The home has everything you might need and in a great location, tucked away and quiet yet close to the town and amenities. There was good communication from Kerry from me initially booking and making an enquiry, right up to checking out! I highly recommend, 5 stars from me for everything.

I recently had the opportunity to visit a stunning eco-friendly home that seamlessly blends modern technology with sustainable living. This house boasts energy-efficient appliances, solar panels, and a smart home system designed to optimise energy consumption also with well-sized rooms that balance comfort and utility. The large windows allow for ample natural light, reducing the need for lights being on during the day. However, the downside to this otherwise impressive property is the location. While the home itself is a marvel, the surrounding area is still undergoing development. This can make the outdoor experience less appealing, furthermore, the proximity to amenities is not ideal for those who prefer walking, it requires a short drive to reach the nearest shops and services. The host was very responsive and friendly, overall, this modern tech eco-friendly home is a fantastic choice and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

We loved our short stay at Sunrise Cottage. The location was great and close to St Ives and Penzance. The cottage had all the amenities we needed and more and it was nice to have a bath at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend - thanks Liz and Dave!☀️

The place was small but cute. It was really really clean and refreshing. It was on the main busy road but as the pick hours get over, it was peaceful for good night’s sleep. Mel and Fred left lots of goodies including chilled beer. They even offered to set the bed up from sofa for us. There was a template with instructions about all general things which I found really helpful. There was really good Indian restaurant called “Ministry of Flavours” nearby, only few minutes drive from Mel’s place. Overall great little accommodation for a couple, in really good price at really convenient place. Mel’s place is at the centre and we could drive to all directions from there which was very convenient for us.

I spent a lovely few days at Alan's place in St. Ives! I'd highly recommend it for anyone who's looking for a central location close to the sea and so many great restaurants, shops, and cafes. St. Eia wine bar/cafe was such a treat and 1 minutes from our doorstop. The house itself was so charming and decorated beautifully.

Completely hassle free with good communication and seamless check-in. Apartment exactly as in description and photographs. Couldn’t fault our stay and completely satisfied. Thank you.

Corri’s cottage is fabulous, beautifully decorated with comfortable sofas and beds. Kitchen was kitted out with everything we needed to cook on the few evenings we didn’t eat out. Lovely garden with sofas/chairs to lounge on which we did get to enjoy despite some mixed weather. Mousehole is a perfect place to set off on some stunning costal walks which is what we spent our week doing. We also enjoyed dinner at 2 Fore Street, Mackerel Sky & the Tolcarne Inn.

No luke warm endorsement here. The place was outstanding! I put time into researching places on the ocean, without crowds, and reasonably priced and selected this place. It did not disappoint! It was outstanding! It was right on the water. You could sit on the sofa and look at the ocean and the coast all the way to Lizard Point. Porthleven is the perfect size town for us. It is not touristy or overrun. It has plenty to do and good walking. It is quiet and peaceful and hard to find. The home was perfect for our family of four with plenty of space. The host was extremely responsive. We would love to stay again!

The villa is located at a very tranquil location with peaceful surroundings and very friendly locals who smile and greet you on your neighborhood walks. On a crisp morning, a walk to Lelant railway station and Anne's Woods is refreshing. About the cottage, it is spacious, full of air and light and very well equipped . Eclectic collection of books in a cozy reception is all you need to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen had a lovely tray of welcome goodies that we enjoyed along with provisions for hot beverages. The beds and linens were fresh and there was ample storage in each room to organise your things. Overall, a very comfortable and satisfying experience.

We where met by a very cheery Elizabeth. The house was very spacious in a peaceful location, with stunning views. Extremely well equipped house, Immaculately clean, Very well maintained. Lovely large bathroom with a large bath, one room with ensuite, a further two smaller bathrooms. Outside warm shower perfect for rinsing beach/sea clothes. Ample clothes drying area outside. Outside seating area at the top of the property (reverse living at its best) with views over St. Ives and out across the sea beyong Godrevy lighthouse. Cooler sleeping downstairs, with large sitting dining area at the top of the house. Games available for use in a cupboard. Toddler crockery supplied for use, along with a cot. Ample parking space for 2 vehicles. Everything within walking distance. Easily accessible for all of St. Ives beaches. Could not fault anything, will definitely return. Would highly recommend Elizabeth's property.

Great little place in an unspoilt fishing village. We loved Mousehole. Pros Felt at home. Super comfy beds, great linen & soft towels. We all slept extremely well. Some beautiful lounge chairs. We loved the leather chair in the lounge. Perfect for a morning coffee and the papers! Peaceful and great views of St Michael’s Mount etc. Cons Not many. Very uncomfortable sofa. Few chipped plates Not related to the house but Mousehole. The parking was very tricky. To the point we were unable to park on 2 occasions and my partner had to park quite far out of the village and walk home in the rain very late at night. It’s something to bear in mind. We wish we just got the local bus or taxis everywhere.

Very comfortable house with cosy lounge great sofa and amazing TV. Great views and Porthtowan is an amazing unspoilt place. It’s a steep but short walk to the house. Outdoor seating area provides great views. The shower is great and the bed linen lovely.

We have had the most wonderful stay at Maryann’s AirBNB! Maryann has been nothing but a brilliant host, extremely helpful before the booking and during our stay and very responsive! The accommodation is perfect, extremely clean, so much space and in an amazing location, close to all main roads around Cornwall but also slightly remote meaning it was so peaceful! Highly highly recommended, there wasn’t one fault, we would love to come back again soon!

The most beautiful getaway. The views over the meadow to the sea and St Michael’s Mount are incredible any time of the day and we loved spending time on the terrace. Perfect location for walking, sea swims and east to get into town and explore the Cornish coast. The decor is also amazing with so much attention to detail. Will be back!
