The stay was easy from start to finish. The host was available & responsive to all communication. The smart home features were a convenient surprise. I would stay as this home again.

We traveled as a group to f 10. The house was great and exactly as described in the listing. The pool was wonderful as the children loved swimming in it as we had downtime. The outside area by the pool was very relaxing. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would book this house again!

Amazingggggggg Home! I had a wonderful stay, everything was exactly as describe. Everything was clean, great communication. We was a group of 11 girls & perfectly fit We were able to book a boat and party bus with the host that was extremely amazing. I would stay again and definitely would recommend this home to anyone that’s visiting

Great place. The house is comfortable and very easy to get used to. Rough around the edges, but super close to many beaches, fun places and good restaurants. The place where the hpise is located is not fancy, but is very peaceful. We did not want tp leave! Jose, the host was always very responsive and helpful. My husband got to meet him and felt comfortable.

Absolutely the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed at! House was close to main drag for groceries, shops, restaurants, Beach, and El Yunque. Had everything that you would want in your home. Views were spectacular especially the small mountain behind house as homes and street lights lit. The hosts were quick to respond and a wealth of recommendations. We are definitely coming back!

Had a great time in the area and at the house. Mrs. Frank was very quick to respond to the one issue we had. This is a home that is well taken care of and I will surely try to reserve next time I’m in the area.

The house is beautiful and very spacious but it should have a back up plan for when there’s no running water. We experienced a complete island blackout and unfortunately we went without running water for over 24 hours causing inconvenience for bathroom and kitchen use. We didn’t have access to the laundry room for the first two days but once we were given access to the keys it was definitely a plus, very convenient. The cabinets in the kitchen can use a little bit of TLC and so does the couch. Overall the house is beautiful and very peaceful close to shops and main roads. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend for family vacations.

The apartment inside is beautiful, everything was clean and tidy. It was a decent and safe family experience. It has excellent air conditioning, and the availability of a personal washer and dryer was a plus. It has a balcony and backyard space. The view of the beautiful Yunque.

We stayed at Ricardo’s place for 8 days. Just wanna say it was perfect. And we felt right at home. My kids enjoyed themselves. They loved how many cool game boards options he had available. Many laughs. And the pool on the premises wow so beautiful and very well clean. We enjoyed ourselves. Great location to get around other areas in PR. And thank you for having beach chairs and coolers Ricardo, that was so helpful for me and the kids to enjoy at the beach. I will definitely love to book again with you in future. I have no complaints at all very pleased. We felt safe and very comfortable.

Beautiful and comfortable unit! The view was breathtaking, loved having coffee on the patio in the mornings! Everything was just as photographed, a little confusing to get to the actual unit, but you get used to it by the next day. The only thing I would recommend is for hosts to put a long mirror or any mirror in the second bedroom as there were none and my daughters had to use the mirror in the master bedroom. Which imagine three women trying to get ready with one mirror lol, it was no biggie at all and does not change how I feel about such a wonderful stay! I would stay again! Communication was very responsive and friendly, well equipped kitchen! The community pool however was a bit underwhelming, but still not a takeaway! We enjoyed our stay!

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need — from fresh towels to local recommendations. The location was perfect: close enough to the beaches, restaurants, and cultural attractions, yet tucked away just enough to give us a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. We left Puerto Rico with full hearts and unforgettable memories — and a big part of that was thanks to this incredible Airbnb and host. We can't wait to come back!

My stay here was perfect! I loved it was a gated community and Sharon was always responsive to anything I had asked. I would love to stay here again!

I loved this place, and I wish I would’ve booked it for my entire trip as I regretted checking out and I would’ve checked back in but they were booked for the rest of the week. It’s very clean. It’s very comfortable. It very quiet with the exception of the wildlife that’s so noisy (the coqui frogs at night, which are pretty cool, but it takes getting used to the sounds). Her location is close to the forest and that’s about the only thing I know of to do in the neighborhood. The only thing that disappointed me was that the Jacuzzi wasn’t heated up, so I didn’t use it and I think they sprayed air freshener on the pillows, which is understandable with the humidity in Puerto Rico, but I have a very bad fragrance sensitivity. The yard is very pretty. I love her garden and plants. I’m a woman traveling alone and I often get nervous in new places and I loved her unit! Plus Coco, her little dog, became my best friend in less than 24 hours. I adore that little dog. She brightened my days!

our stay was absolutely amazing. The place looks exactly like the pictures – the views are stunning, the pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing, and the whole vibe is just so peaceful and comfortable. Our host (Tom) was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations (he literally has a binder with food recommendations, beaches and activities). You can really tell tom cares about making sure guests have a great experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything you want to see in Puerto Rico, and the property itself is like a little slice of paradise. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with all the amenities and more, this is definitely the spot! Highly recommend this place, and I can’t wait to come back!

Carmens home is just what my family needed. It's beautiful and the Ocean is at your back door. I did not want to leave. The kids enjoyed the pool and volleyball court. My husband and I love the cute home and had everything and more we needed. Private gated safe with security 24 hours and close to the everything you need. We cant wait to stay again at Carmen's place. The place was super clean and not one bug, clean dishes and clean blankets that smell like fresh laundry! Thank you, Carmen, for opening your home to us!

Spent the most memorable 6 days here. The access to the private beach was the highlight for me. The hot tub is definitely a winner if you just wanna relax and stargaze after a long day. The hosts have been very prompt with their responsive service and helpful with local recommendations. Thank you Elba and Greg.

Great stay they really are superhosts! We were a family of 7 with 2 babies. Apt had everything we needed including things like children's swim vests, toys, and upon request highchairs + baby cribs. Beautiful pool view from flat and close walk to the private beach. Pablo was quick to help with concerns regarding water boiler and local recs for nearby groceries. Would stay again in a heartbeat! I would highly recommend booking a place from Zenen and Wanda. Their place was exactly as expected from the listing. The one downside was the lazy river was under construction and not made apparent until after booking (it should be up and running May 1st forward!) Communication was great and we were there during one of the electric blackouts. They were super hosts, trying to be as accommodating as possible during a stressful situation with little ones in tow. Thanks for the hospitality and I’d recommend your place to anyone considering.

This place and Thanya were great. There are a lot of rules to follow, but all of them are pretty much on par with what you should be doing anyway. Our location to El Yunque was 10-15 min away, and about 40 min to San Juan. 15-20 min to Luquillo beach which was beautiful as well. We were not focusing on city-life and wanted more of the real feel of the area, so it was really good for the price.
