Gabriel's place was amazing you can walk to the pool, lots of things to do minutes away, rainforest 15 minutes drive, very secured resort Rio Mar is always our favorite highly recommend this gem

What a wonderful stay and a beautiful place. The apartment had so many windows/patios and was so bright and clean. The roof top terrace was a absolute dream and the plants and lights were so charming. Nick was super quick to reply anytime we had questions and the customer care was next level. The beach chairs/towels/accessories made life so easy getting settled in at all Puerto Rico's finest beaches - you can put your beach items in the folding chair and the chairs had straps so you could wear them on your back. A MUST! Thank you so much for a great and memorable stay!

It was a great place to stay. We were in a residential area so it was peaceful and quiet. The location was great because its 10 minutes away from a lot of fun.

If you are looking to be with “ the locals” Loiza is where it is at. The house is situated in a local neighborhood. The people are friendly, the house is beautiful. The food is amazing ! We ate at a local spot called “ Iguana” . In terms of communication, if I messaged Edith, her response time was immediate or a short time later. I’d check out Piñones Beach. There are little shops and food stands near the beach. Bring cash. I’d definitely book with Edith again :).

The best place to stay in La isla del encanto! Great location!! The apartment very clean. Carlos, the owner very responsive, the view is great. Everything is close by, restaurants, grocery stores, the beach. No bugs, the Air conditioner works perfect!! I will go again and no doubts that I will stay there again. As someone who works in the travel industry, I can confidently say, look no further than this place. Hotel nights will cost you double for half the experience. If you're looking to travel like a local but still enjoy the comforts and amenities of home, this is it. First off, the location and views are unbeatable. It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

This stay was incredible! Everything you need. Don’t hesitate to book this place. It’s a perfect location, right on the beach and infront of the pool, walkable to many restaurants and Walgreens, and less than 20 min drive into old San Juan. Diana was amazing! Our stay in this beach condo was so perfect! Being so close to the beach and having everything we needed, made our trip very special. We spent countless hours at the beach, on the patio, and we could not stopping boogie boarding in the waves! Thank you Eric and Sheila for having the space for such an amazing getaway!

Nice place. The ocean is beautiful but no beach to swim at in front of property. Clean and everything listed. Felt safe in area. Lots to do if you have a car.

The penthouse was beautifully decorated, clean, and very accessible. We did experience a bit of confusion finding the unit since the building doesn’t have visible apartment numbers. It was quite late when we arrived, and I wasn’t able to reach anyone by phone, but fortunately, the security guard on-site was extremely helpful and kind. The only downsides were the early morning noise from workers on the balcony and rooftop, which made it difficult to sleep past 6 AM. Aside from that, everything else was great—the bedrooms and bathrooms were fully stocked, and we appreciated the complimentary beverages in the fridge. Although we didn’t use it, the property also features a lovely pool area that looked very inviting. Overall, a great stay with just a few minor inconveniences.

The surroundings are exceptionally tranquil and serene, providing a sense of privacy. The bay’s aesthetic beauty is also noteworthy.
