Vacation rentals with a patio in Gunnison County

This was a great place to stay! The condo itself older but they have it fixed up and cute. My group was very comfortable and for the price we were all very happy with everything. The shuttle into town and to the ski hill picks up really close by and runs every 30 minutes so that made going skiing super easy! The beds are a little on the firm side but I always travel with my own pillow so it didn’t bother me much. Literally the only thing that would make this place even better would be a hot tub but we knew that going into it. You can tell a lot of care and attention went into setting this place up, I will definitely look it up next time I go to CB for some skiing.

We had a great stay in Crested Butte! This place is an amazing value for the money. We were there to ski, and so we were delighted that we were only a short walk away from the base of mountain/ski lifts. There was also a convenient shuttle to the base of the mountain (less than five minutes) if we didn't want to walk. The condo felt spacious and was big enough to comfortably house 10 of us. We loved using the hot tub and sauna on the premises. The only downside is the lack of parking - since we had 10 guests, it was challenging only having two parking spaces. Otherwise, would definitely recommend this stay. Thanks, Erin!

The condo was terrific, stocked well and spacious. Great views from the balcony. Location required a short walk to lifts. Nice and quiet, although the hot tub traffic could be heard occasionally. Not a detractor as this did not continue into the late evenings. Would stay again!

Joy's home was fabulous. Perfect location - truly ski- in/ski-out. The San Moritz staff were very helpful during check-in and the complimentary shuttle around the mountain and into town is a great perk! Joy was very easy to communicate with as we had a lot of questions/changes with check-in. We hope to stay here again!

Great location with the shuttle bus stop just steps away, about 15 minutes to Snowmass Village. It runs every 20 - 30 mins. There is also another stop about half a mile away where the regional bus stops so there were lots of options to get around. The condo is on the golf course that has cross country ski trails. Mae was very helpful and responsive.

Betty was an excellent communicator. Condo was clean and fully stocked with all the extras you need in the kitchen which is so convenient especially when traveling by air.

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was exactly as described, clean, and in a great location. Walking distance to base camp or you could jump right onto the shuttle after a long day on the slopes. Deborah was a wonderful hostess. Super responsive and proactive. I pinged her before our stay to inquire about a pack n play for our toddler and within hours, she had secured one for us and saved us the hassle of lugging ours along. Would definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Alain’s place. The house was perfect for our needs. It’s in a great location. The kitchen is well equipped. The house was warm and quiet. Alain was very responsive and helpful. Would stay there again.

Leslie’s place was a great stay. It was a quaint and older home, but it was perfect to use as home base for a week of skiing at a reasonable cost. Right down the street from a beautiful walking trail with great views of the mountains, too!

Loved this house and highly recommend! Stayed for a ski trip with our family of five (3 teenage sons). Great location in newly developed Railyard just a couple of blocks from Highway 24. Minutes from downtown and within eyesight of Safeway. Less than 15-minute drive to Ski Cooper. The layout of the house is great for a family. Entry level has a living room with TV and seating for all 5 of us, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and bedroom with bunk bed. Upper level had a bathroom and bedroom with desk workstation. Lower level had a bathroom, bedroom and second living room with couches, TV and desk with workstation. The kitchen was one of the best I’ve ever had in a rental. I’m a cook and the gas stove was great. Pots and pans were great and there was plenty of dishes/cutlery. We had a minor issue when we checked in and the owner Tim responded immediately and not only fixed the problem but treated us to dinner, way above and beyond. The house was great, and Tim was great. Wonderful house! Absolutely loved staying at Mike's house. With an easy 10 minute walk to 'town,' location close to the trails, and easy parking, this house was in an ideal location. I loved being in the quiet neighborhood. The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. The master suite upstairs was a great secluded area, and separate from the two bedrooms on the main floor. AMAZING view of Mount Crested butte from the parking area.

We really enjoyed our time at the brick house! We're looking forward to coming back in warmer weather so we can enjoy the amazing patio. Our bed was so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a quick response when we had questions. All in all a great experience. Thank you!

We found this home ideal for a multi-generational family of 6. The listing says it can accommodate 9 but I wouldn't recommend more than 6 unless the other three are small children. BUT, it was perfect for 6 adults. We LOVED having a garage since the January temperatures were sub zero. We LOVED having an abundance of wood for the fireplace and used it daily. We always choose rentals with a washer and dryer as well. The instructions were clear and concise and the preparations at check-out minimal, which is always appreciated since a fee is charged for cleaning and hosting. The views of the mountain and ski resort were perfect with all the tall windows. I loved the sunshine on those bitter cold days.

The scenery at this place was breathtaking and it was a very quiet and safe area. The place itself was beautiful. Super close to shops and all we needed. The only complaint I have is the upstairs bedroom was freezing. The heating system is radiant heat and overall the house stayed warm once it reached desired temperature, but I’m not sure if the radiant heat in the upstairs bedroom is working or it was not ever installed during the build. Either way it stayed pretty cold in the upstairs bedroom while the rest of the house was warm. Kimberly was very proactive and it was a smooth check-in and check-out process. Very nice and clean space, walkable to everything

A great place with lots of room and super convenient location. Sarah was very communicative and clear. I had a question for the caretaker, Charlie, and he replied right away. Note, I would just let guests know that the fire alarms are super sensitive and if you run the humidifier you will set them off. We found that out in the middle of the night when the alarms started going off. It was a great stay!

Barbara’s place was lovely. It was spacious, clean and well equipped for cooking. We particularly enjoyed the quiet street of the condo and the close proximity to Buttermilk mountain. Would highly recommend for families!

Nathan and Juli were the absolute premier hosts - Responsive, kind, helpful, and they provided the most incredible place. Many places claim to be ski and ski out, but this one truly is. You will walk 20 steps to get to the hot tub and 100 steps to get on the mountain. It’s an absolute dream. The views from your deck are outstanding. The place is quiet, clean comfortable one of the nicest beds we’ve ever stated. Tons of Extras in the kitchen area so you will be able to cook any meal for any number of people. One of the people in our party has a disability and they opted to stay in the condo the entire time. They had such a lovely time watching movies and playing games and cooking food and looking at the views and reported that that was the perfect place to stay if you’re going to stay in the house all day! It truly could not have been better in our hosts were the cream of the crop. As people who rent an Airbnb and stay frequently this is the one you want.
