Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Gunnison County

Stayed here with my wife for our Aspen ski holiday. Great condo in excellent location. Easy walking to downtown and next to busses that take you right to all four ski mountains. Won’t go wrong staying here!

This unit was in the Aspen Mountain Residences and was a very short and easy walk to the ski lifts and downtown. We appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the Aspen Airport. The staff at Aspen Residences are very friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay again.

This place was perfect for a week of skiing with friends. We were steps from the local bus stop that could take us to the transit hub to get to Aspen or any of the other 3 mountains. We were walking distance to the grocery store and could have walked to the Assay lift if we wanted to (it was easier for us to just take the bus to the mall).

Doran's condo is perfectly nestled within Aspen! Within walking distance to trails, dining, slopes, + retailers. The condo is fitted with all essentials for cooking meals of any kind. Doran's communication is quick and proactive & the condo is just as described. This third floor unit is nestled within the towering trees and provides semi-private patio lounging.

We loved this place. It’s so easy to take the bus to Snowmass, the stop is right out front. You can walk to the grocery and the local pizza place. We loved the vibe of the place too.

We had a great stay and would recommend this spot. The condo was comfortable and sunny, and the location was excellent. The hot tub was nice, and the ski locker (right behind the hot tub area) was a helpful bonus.

Well located a couple blocks from Ajax gondola, walkable to shops and restaurants in town. Simple, clean and good place for a couples ski trip. About 20min drive to snowmass. Around the corner from the st Regis. Ali was communicative throughout. Would stay again. Functional kitchen allows you to go to the market (few blocks from grocery store) and get food and snacks so you don’t have to eat out every meal. Place came with coffee, and some snacks which was a nice touch. Highlight is the combo washer / dryer, which allowed us to pack less. Also thoughtfully they had detergent on hand. Living room faces the pool / hot tub, but was quiet and not crowded on our visit. Bed is high, should be fine for most but a note; bedroom has a light well so it’s quiet but not bright. Bathroom was small but functional. Onsite parking also nice.

Great location. We never used our car once we got there. The free shuttle was fabulous they dropped us off right at the gondola at Ajax and picked us up, we walked the 3 blocks each night to dinner in town which was fabulous. Bathtub was nice and big with plenty of hot water and my husband enjoyed the hot tub numerous times. Bed was comfy. Thanks Daniel!

Lynn was very responsive and great to deal with! Great location and easy access to downtown Aspen. The Gant (where this condo is located) has two mini-buses that can take you anywhere in Aspen for just giving them a tip. We walked most of the time but did use the bus several other times as well. Wonderful place to stay!

Location location location! Right at the base of the resort with town shuttle bus stop right in front... amazing. Loved hot tub/heated pool. EV charging station was super convenient. The unit is cute, clean, and had everything we need. Loved this place, The host was easy to get in touch with and she made sure we got everything we need & comfortable. Thank you!

Affordable price considering its aspen and a close walk to the town itself. Great access to a hot tub which is great after getting off the slopes. Beds comfortable and nice to have 3 full baths! Would stay again!

Second time staying here. Excellent location, easy walk to lifts. Ski valet on-site and garage parking with very easy access. Condo is very large. For large families looking to cook a lot the kitchenware could use a refresh (limited utensils, cookware, etc....) but they had enough to make it work. There were a few new pans and a new toaster so it appears they are actively working on that. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is our second stay at the property to ski at Crested Butte. My kids love the pool and hot tub. Clean and tidy, can’t wait to stay again!

Great location and just as advertised! My family of four loved our time in Crested Butte and this was the perfect place for us to stay.

Great experience! We went with an elder and an infant and the Zachary's place worked great for us. It is close do the Snowmass Mall, where we could rent equipment and ski in and out with good infrastructure around us to accommodate. It is also close to the bus station so we could explore other mountains with no issue. The view from the house is stunning and it had all the ammenities we needed to cook meals and relax at the house. Highly recommended!

This place is wonderful! It was exactly what we needed for our family. This has one bedroom and two full bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need and I mean EVERYTHING! The place was extremely clean all the dishes and silverware were spotless! Now the best part is the location! This place is walking distance from all the TOP restaurants, bars, and shops! If anything arises or you have any questions Joan is very quick to respond and help out in any way. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. There are a lot of board games which we did actually take advantage of after a full day of skiing. The TVs have so many options of things to watch and for the kids at night that was a huge plus! The entrance has so much space to put all of your skiing equipment. It has a place for boots and two racks for all your jackets etc. Overall my experience was great and Joan was very accommodating to all my needs I can’t say enough about this place and hope to be back soon!

We had such a wonderful time staying in this charming and character-filled home. It’s spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the fact that the property has a washer and dryer! We also enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the slopes. Thank you for everything!

really incredible place. we brought our team for Skijor and had easy access to the mineral belt trail, quick to downtown and tons of space. such a beautiful home and place to stay for a few days.

A fantastic stay in Leadville! The home was really close to all the shops and large enough to accommodate a large group of people. The kitchen was well equipped with a very large living/dining area to lounge after a long day on the slopes. The fireplace didn't work during out stay (tried on the last day and was too late to communicate with host) but the hot tub and sauna was a fantastic perk to keep warm during the snow flurries. There were some staining on our bathing towels but not a huge deal as the rest of the home was quite clean and prepared for our stay.

The fam and I spent a wonderful spring break ski week here and loved it. Condo is beautiful and the perfect size for the three of us. Super clean and well-maintained. Ski lifts are less than 10 minutes walk and that includes a stop at the ski valet downstairs. Pool, hot tub and fitness center are all right there, too. Had a few questions for the host during our stay and answers came in minutes. We will definitely be booking this property again in the summer!

This was truly one of my favorite Airbnb stays of all time. Incredible home. Looked even better in-person than the photos. The property had everything one would need for a peaceful retreat from everyday life. If you're looking for some me-time, a chance to reflect & listen to the birds, appreciate the simple things... this is it. Thank you.

Great place to stay for the price. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was that you have to go to an alternate website to check in. I wish it could all be done on the Airbnb app. But other than that it was perfect for an overnight stay. Will be booking again next time I'm in town.

very nice and clean place. Said had pool, but the pool was actually at the community rec center. Which was very nice, just didn't want anyone to think it was actually at the house. misleading but ok with us
