Perfect cozy spot to stay in Leadville! Easy parking, easy check in, thoughtful caring hosts, and a spotless studio perfectly situated to explore all of Leadville! Grateful for the easy 5 minute walk to downtown, great trail access (they live right off the mineral belt), and a home base with so many thoughtful touches and local art! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The hosts were very respectful of our privacy and there was no noise or interference. The place is very cute and the views are amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep our meals. We’re very comfortable and could relax between our hikes. Our pups were welcomed and they also enjoyed very much. I definitely recommend Lori’s place!

I had a great stay. The room small but cozy and perfect for one person. It allowed me to relax after a day of skiing, and do some work in peace and quiet (there is a desk and a comfy chair). Wifi is good. Everything was spotlessly clean. I recommend this place as a base in Leadville and hope to visit again next year.

This spot was great! I've never been to an Airbnb that was so well stocked. The bathroom had full bottles of hair care and body care products. Even had new loofahs, hair ties, and an emergency kit. The kitchenette was stocked with coffee, plates, silverware, wine glasses, you name it, she had it! Would definitely reccomend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. One thing to note, if you don't like waking up to a bright sunny room, make sure to pack an eye mask! The place gets great, but intense, morning light.

This spotless space has the best view of any Airbnb we have ever stayed at; the view is of Needle Rock with the West Elk Mountains behind. The patio is just killer and everything about the rental is top notch. Beautiful surroundings, horses and peace and quiet. wonderful

great local find in Leadville! As indicated in listing, no kitchen but this wasn't a problem at all as we mainly ate out and brought fixings for sandwiches for our hikes! loved that Leadville was entirely walkable and we really enjoyed our stay. what a great find!

Amazing!! We couldnt have asked for anything better. The host was amazing, his whole place was impressive, fun and welcoming and the room we stayed in was luxury rustic. Definately want to come again when I have more time to soak in his fantastic mountian views on the many welcoming sitting areas set up there.

If I could rate it 10 stars I would! Scott and Abby were so helpful and cooperative! We looked forward to the bonfire the most & they made sure we were always stocked with firewood. The place was comfortable and a great location to get to crested butte and enjoy Gunnison. They were flexible with check out which was greatly appreciated since we got in super late the first day (this was becuz they didn’t have anyone coming in the next day, so we were fortunate) This weekend was the perfect time to see the colorful trees and views. They suggested great trails as well!
