Monthly Rentals in Gulshan 2

We found the apartment to be exactly as advertised and very well kept. It was open, clean and very private. It was also very safe, so much so that we felt like my wife could stay there by herself if needed (usually I come back early and she stays back). The apartment design was great with 3 bedrooms and attached bath and a 4th powder room. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed including a refrigerator, water heater, toaster, microwave, oven and a washer. They also had an iron table and an iron . There were plenty of utensils and dishes and we had no problem having breakfast there. Tareq was an excellent host along with Romiz who helped us out a lot. Tareq was always accessible and helped us out with anything we asked him. Romiz was very helpful also and actually came to let us into the apartment one night around 1230 because we had forgotten to take our keys with us. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. We are definitely coming back next year.

great place to stay right in the heart of Banani. Banani is one of the posh area in Dhaka where you find all good restaurants, cafes.the place was terrific and matched with the pictures Kitchen is very important for long stay and they had all the amenities.wall mounted water filter was a life saver.
