The host was really nice and super responsive, we did early check in at 11 am. Based on price it’s a good place to stay and it has car parking facility also. Surely I will visit again.

Incredible place! Loved the high ceilings, the lawn and just the overall energy of the place (+the ride to get there) The host was super responsive and helpful all throughout and can’t wait to escape the city and go here again!

We had a great time at MD Ashraf’s place. Initially there were some concerns but the owner was very responsive and took necessary steps to make our stay pleasant. Staffs were available specially Arefin for any issues or questions we had. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would love to come back again in future.

It was my first airbnb stay in Dhaka, I would say the experience was good the place is in 15th floor so the view was amazing at night as u can see the city n the highways all the way, plus the host was very responsive n one of the best , the people around the place were nice knowing that we are not from there would definitely recommend to anyone staying there

Everything was good but the location he gave us was incorrect. I asked him specifically about a hospital location from his place and he responded that the hospital was only 10 minutes of walking distance, which is what I actually needed, i was sick hence the Hospital. I couldn't travel by car , I needed to walk to the hospital per my doctor's advice. When i checked in to the place and started walking to the hospital it was 30 minutes of walk which was impossible for me.. I told him about my situation, he said " you just leave my place" very Rudely. I said okay well i will leave right now if please give me a refund. It was the same day i checked in. Sooo many insults he said " okay you cancel the booking and i will approve the refund ". I canceled and left his place the same day. Its been almost 15 days , i keep asking him to approve my refund but no response from him. Very bad hosting,No manners at all, No professionalism at all. Hope no one suffers like me and book with this host.

We had an amazing time at the property and the host and his team was very professional, super responsive and made it such that we had a wonderful stay! The host was very flexible and when we needed to extend our stay accommodated us right away. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Dhaka!

Initially i was a bit hesitated since i’ll be staying for long but in reality its pretty much same in the pics. And the service is quite good. Totally worth it renting a room with swimming pool and gym for long stay.

The host was helpful and understanding throughout. The house has minimalistic features with great space and clean fittings. The pool is a bit small but yet enjoyable. The locality is located in the posh locality of Dhaka. It is a good peaceful space with all basic amenities.

Sharmin is a wonderful host. She was always extra cautious to make sure everything was just as comfortable for us as it should have been. The place is really nice, a very good option for a day out or overnight program for a small family or group of friends.

Had an amazing trip, thanks to Keya and Maati Group. Everyone was extremely hospitable, friendly, very polite, and helpful with anything I needed. Definitely will recommend this place to friends, family, and relatives visiting Dhaka. Will book this place again on my next visit. I am really thankful for such a wonderful experience, and I am looking forward to my next trip to Dhaka and accommodations at Maati Group.

Responsive host, space had all amenities, good experience. Would recommend.

The place was absolutely gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating. It's located in a very nice and quaint gated community - which is great for morning/night runs. Something that you should keep in mind is that there are no restaurants nearby - so if you need food - you'd have to go out a bit, cook yourself or just ask the caretaker for help. Did not have any issue all throughout and can't wait to visit the place again!

I recently stayed at Mr. Monem's Airbnb, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I booked the property, Mr. Monem was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. When we arrived, he and his wife gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. What truly stood out, though, was Mr. Monem's exceptional hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay, offering valuable local tips and recommendations. I would highly recommend staying at this place!

it is a very nice flat. It is the best house in all my traveling time. House owner supplied very good and patient assistance. If I come to Dhaka next time, I hope I can live here again.
