From this centrally located cozy vacation home, everything is within easy reach. A supermarket and cafe next door or the bakery and various restaurants within walking distance. There are also plenty of hiking and cycling routes starting directly from your vacation home, and you can store your bike behind the locked gate. Accomodatie: Privé benedenverdieping in woonhuis, ik woon boven. Fantastisch uitzicht, grote tuin.Voor kinderen een trampoline en schommel. Ideaal voor fietsers en wandelaars. Mooie fiets en wandel routes in Heuvelland en Geuldal. Rustig centraal gelegen. Fietsen kunnen in garage, auto op de oprit. Ik heb 2 katten. Prima restaurants in de buurt en de bakker en Spar dichtbij. Geen echte keuken, wel buffet om ontbijt en eenvoudige maaltijd te maken. Derde persoon betaalt 20 euro extra per nacht.

In the Limburg Heuvelland is our single-storey cottage. The house is located on the outskirts of a small-scale, green and quiet holiday park and has a very spacious garden with lots of privacy. Within walking distance is the cozy village of Simpelveld. We have furnished the vacation home with love and equipped it with every comfort. The decor is warm and cozy, and you will certainly feel at home. You can park your car for free directly in front of the cottage and enjoy your vacation.

My accommodation is close to Aachen, Vaals and Maastricht with a very nice wide view. You'll love my place because of the views, the location, and the location. Hiking, cycling, horse riding and golfing can be found in the immediate vicinity. From the entire house you have a magnificent view of our pond and the surrounding meadows and pastures. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and families with children.

Rural farmer's home .

Modern, cozy farmhouse, partly located on the grounds of our dairy farm. The front with entrance, parking and terrace has unique panoramic views over the beautiful hills and the Belgian Voer region. (for private use, not shared with other guests!) The house is part of our farm, where we operate a dairy farm with 2 vacation homes and a small farm campsite in the summer months.
