It was a nice little space at the end of a road. It overlooked the mountain ranges and we even saw a double rainbow one of the days. Monteverde was experiencing strange weather at the time we went causing high winds, so we could hear the wind at night, but ear plugs worked great. It was quiet other than the wind and comfortable. We did a cooking class with them and it was so much fun! We learned how to make chicken empanadas and it was great conversation too. Would stay again!

We had an excellent stay at Judy's. The place has a cool design with a panel of windows overlooking the Gulf of Papagayo. The pool is nice for dips. It is shared with the people in the unit below. We did have people there for part of the time and it was not an issue. The location is great, but the roads a little rough and the driveway is steep. We enjoyed going to Playa del Coco on the weekend to hang out. Lots of families and good vibe. Plenty of eating options in Coco. Several grocery stores, beach shops, and tour operators in town. Playa Penca was a sweet smaller beach. It's a walk to the beach and they are building a Waldorf Astoria resort above it. So you walk around it and there is some construction sound, but the waves muffle it. Playa Hermosa was lovely. Lots of beach front restaurants. We took a coffee tour at Tio Leo's which we enjoyed and to Rio Celeste, a bit of a drive but fun. Took a small boat trip around the Gulf. Highly recommend. Very attentive and helpful hosts.

We found Casa Greatful perfect for 2 people. Loved having a private pool area even though it was part of a duplex. Was clean and equipped with everything a couple would need. Christian was very responsive when we had an issue with the door locking at the beginning and had someone over during our stay to repair it. You can walk to multiple Resturant’s and Potrero Beach where the sunsets are out of this world. A great place to stay and will probably rent again.

Jorge’s place was just what we needed. After getting in from the 6pm ferry from Paquera, it was late and we were too tired to drive far for a place to stay. We contacted Jorge 1 hour before showing up and he immediately responded and welcomed us. He guided us to his place as my phone wouldn’t load the maps and was always quick to respond. The room is a very fair price, with space for 3 people to sleep and a kitchenette with all the basic amenities you could need. Him and his daughter were a delight to talk to even with a language barrier. All in all a very kind man with a great room for a night. Thank you again Jorge!

This place is a little gem close to everything you need. Amazing location. The interior is charming. It is super quiet. I had amazing sleeps. The internet signal is great. The built in Bluetooth speakers were a very nice touch. I would stay here again. The only hiccup was upon arrival the codes to get in were wrong. And the place needed to be stocked with amenities. But Rina was super responsive & these issues were dealt with immediately. I stayed during low season so I chalk it up to that. Highly recommend!
