Marcel’s place in Jacó was absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful! The polished marble floors gave it a luxurious touch, and the private back patio with the serene soaking tub felt like a tropical oasis. The beds were ultra-comfortable, and the high-powered fan made sleeping cool and breezy. We loved the delicious, locally inspired coffee and tea, the fresh, spa-like bathroom soap, and the fully stocked kitchen with high-quality cookware and bottled water. Marcel was a thoughtful, attentive host—check-in was seamless, and he brought fresh towels and refreshed the space midway through our stay. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to town and 8 minutes to the beach. It felt incredibly safe, authentic, and had a charming, local neighborhood vibe. There were great nearby sodas within 0.2 miles for amazing, traditional breakfasts and lunches. We absolutely loved Jacó—vibrant, warm, full of character, and packed with wild, unforgettable nightlife. Can’t wait to return!

The place is superb! I loved how easy access was, the house was spotless, and we loved the different spaces. I went as a family and liked that they had some things to play, my son and I took advantage of the space to play tennis and soccer in the green area next to the pool. Communication was excellent and my questions were always answered. Excellent host, super recommended!

We had a great time last week. This condo was fabulous. The views, location and privacy was outstanding, the beds were comfortable, and Roberto was prompt in getting back with us for any of our questions/requests. I highly recommend this spot. My husband and I come to Los Sueños a couple times a year first time staying at this particular condo, but I would come back. You won’t be disappointed!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning and go to bed with it every night. Pictures do justice and in a place where it’s a local feel, we were right at home and felt very safe at this place. It’s walkable to everything and everyone was so kind. Jean was incredibly responsive no matter what! The gym and amenities were a plus as well! Book here when wanting the best of jaco!

Today we said goodbye to that beautiful place, a super-equipped condo, everything as shown in the photos, they helped me with everything I asked, the place is BEAUTIFUL 😍 NATURE, YOU BREATHE PEACE, we saw the white-faced monkeys, limpets and sloths, we visited the two beaches Manta and Playa Blanca right there, the building is super close to the beach, it has many amenities, the beach club was also very relaxing and the ocean view I loved, my family and I were delighted with the view from the balcony that has the nature that you breathe, I recommend it to spend a family vacation, my family and I are sure that we will come back. ☺️😍😍😍Excellent 20/10 Punta Esmeralda, I do not have a single complaint about the place or the host who helped us with everything. Really clean, nice apartment, each room has its own AC. If you are planning to cook , the kitchen has several robots to make your life easier, the pool offers a nice BBQ.

It's a small, cozy place. Located in a quiet area and with easy access. The hosts are very attentive and friendly.

We booked this Airbnb late in the evening after touring in the mountains. We didn’t really use any of the other amenities because we were flying out the next day. We just used this as a crash pad. The bed was comfortable and shower was nice. The only thing missing was coffee, there were two ways to make coffee but no coffee available. Since we got in late there was really no where to buy any either. Overall, the place was nice, clean and staff was friendly.

We appreciate the weekend stay at the Jaco Bay and Don Ricardo Condominium, as we felt at home. A very nice, safe, quiet, organized, accessible and centrally located place. I recommend it for your vacation, we have no complaints.

The place is great, with everything you need. It’s a little smaller than the pictures look like, otherwsie very nice with awesome amenities. It’s in a great area with lots to do in walking distance. We had trouble figuring out the parking, but the building security was very helpful. We originally tried to call the two numbers the host provided us, but they didn’t answer and never called us back, so I’m glad that the security guard was easy to find on a Saturday night. The rooftop is gorgeous and pool is very nice. Highly recommend this place for when you’re staying in San Jose!

Eric and Teresita's apartment is beautiful and in a perfect location within a vertical condominium. Thanks to its location on the 10th floor, there is natural ventilation, and it is almost unnecessary to use the air conditioning. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. In addition, the beach club is very nice and complete. It has 3 pools, one for children, and two jacuzzis with ocean views. Also beach access in a safe, quiet and beautiful area. We saw toucans, guacayamas, and white-faced monkeys, among other beautiful animals. Definitely a place to go as a couple, or with children like us. A beautiful place

These hosts went ABOVE and BEYOND! We accidentally left our passports in the hotel safe in San Jose. When Melissa found out, she offered to coordinate with her relative to pick it up and bring it to Jacó. It was such a lifesaver. She even dropped them off at the restaurant where we were eating at the time. The accommodations were clean and beautiful. The balcony with an ocean view and the sounds of waves crashing was incredible. The pool was fabulous. A woman named Raquel came out to the pool to bring food and drinks that you could order from her café, just around the corner. It was absolutely amazing. The best vacation with my bestie!

Caroline is a first-class host! She's responsive, an excellent communicator, and made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Her place is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, with many luxurious touches not commonly found in AirBNBs. The condo is in a lovely, guard-gated development and very private. Check-in was flexible and easy, and she provided a comprehensive booklet about the condo and area, including contact data, activities, shopping, dining recommendations, spa treatments, etc. The condo includes Los Suenos Beach Club access, which is outstanding and across the street from the development. There is also a private pool right behind the condo. In addition to being a great place to stay, Caroline made our vacation extra special by providing personal touches like special towels for make-up removal, helpful notes, gourmet coffee, Turkish beach towels, etc. In short, our stay was outstanding! A solid five stars, and I highly recommend Caroline's place to all!

Melissa’s place has a beautiful view and we love hanging out in Los suenos. Also she is very responsive as we had to troubleshoot Internet due to a provider issue. She stayed with it and brokered communication until they fixed their issue. Much appreciated!

We absolutely loved this airbnb!! The view was incredible and the access to the beach made it so simple to enjoy our time. It’s the perfect location close by to Jaco, Manuel Antonio, and rainmaker, while being in a less touristy/ less crowded area. The entire complex felt incredibly safe, including the beach. There’s many stores nearby for groceries as well! Carrie was also incredibly helpful before and during our stay! Any questions we had, she responded within the hour and truly made this trip even better! Highly recommend!

I was driving south and needed a place to stay last minute and Josep responded within 1 minute with my question which was great. We were traveling with two cars and there was no issue with parking. I think the listing says 1 car space available but there was room for two which was what we needed. Thank you.
