Our tiny cabin is located on a 14 acres property in the middle of the woods. You will enjoy complete privacy and use of your own area on the land, including a pond. Located 2 min, from the Transcanada Trail, 20 min. walk to the Kinsol Trestle, a World Heritage Site with beautiful swimming holes right underneath the bridge. 20 min. to next Grocery store and 22-25 min to Duncan. Approx. 50 min- 1 hr to Victoria. Pottery lessons are available by request if you have always wanted to try it out.

Nestled in the trees, you'll find nothing but peace and tranquility, located a few minutes walk from the famous Kinsol Trestle & the Trans Canada Trail; a haven for hikers, mountain bikers & outdoor enthusiasts of every kind. We are a 5 minute drive from West Shawnigan Lake Park (lake access) and an 8 minute drive from Masons Beach / Shawnigan village, and a 50 minute drive from Victoria.

The Surf- Ocean Front-By the Beach- Outdoor Bath

Ocean front West Coast retreat located 40 meters above the surf, bordering China Beach. Enjoy beach fires, forest walks, hiking, mushroom forging and surfing. A short intermediate private trail will take you down to the beach. The 560 square foot cabin is set back on the property, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Juan de Fuca Straight. Welcome to Galiano Grow House! A beautiful organic 'ish' farm in a secluded and ideal setting for you and your group to enjoy. This purpose-built and recently renovated cabin has locally harvested wood features, a cozy atmosphere, with plentiful views of the surrounding forest and garden. The beaches are launch points for nearby Russell and Portland Islands in the Gulf Island National Marine Parks.

Cedar Log Home Galiano Island

This is a 600 square foot 2 bedroom cabin on Galiano Island. There is a queen bed and a double bed in the bedrooms. There is a private bathroom with shower. Includes a kitchenette. The house is a milled cedar log home that still gives a faint cedar smell. No pets.
