Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Guisborough

Stayed for 2 nights . The cottage is very clean and very comfy. Local pubs are nice and plenty of takeaways if you don’t want to dine out. Nice log burner that made the cottage feel so homely . Would highly recommend thanks Alison.

Fabulous stay. It was definitely a home rather than a stark, sterilised air b & b, which we liked. Easy access instructions. 1 minute to the harbour and beach. Recently had a wonderful short stay at this lovely cottage in Ainthorpe. The location is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area, including Whitby. The cottage was exactly as described, clean, cosy, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking was really convenient too, which made things even easier. It’s an ideal spot for a group getaway, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming countryside escape.

We had a lovely short break. The cottage is located perfectly for visits to the coast and local towns and villages. The courtyard garden was secure for the dog and lovely to sit in the sunshine. The cottage had everything we needed and Adrian was really helpful. Thank you for having us.

We stayed at the house as an extended family for 4 nights for our daughters wedding in the area. It's an absolutely beautiful place and perfect for holidays , celebrations , gatherings or a base for an extended stay. The house is great, the garden amazing , outside space to socialise and eat is super and it's peaceful with beautiful views. We will hopefully come back again it's an absolute gold gem!

We had a lovely stay in Alex's gorgeous cottage! Such a great location to walk to the centre of town, as well as feeling very cosy and homely. We'll definitely stay again!

Josh's house was lovely- lots of space and thoughtfully well-equipped. Josh was great at keeping in touch and ensuring we had a good stay. It was warm and comfortable and we would definitely return to such a special place.

We stayed here the 19th April until the 20th of April 2025, louise was very responsive to the text i sent them. with easy instructions on how to get into the property plus the snug. walking distance to lots of amenities, pubs restaurants, fast food takeaway.. We used Guisborough for a flying visit to Middlesbrough, and we would definitely recommend staying here. A great place to stay,in an ideal and convenient location. Thought the key situation would be a bit complicated but because the instructions were so clear, that it was quite simple. The apartment was spotless, the equipment was good and easy to use. Furnishings were very good and comfortable. Beds very comfortable and heating system very easy to use. Everything had a very spacious and welcoming feel to it. We would definitely use this apartment again. We had a very enjoyable experience.

This lovely, cosy little apartment in Robin Hoods Bay is a great base for a weekend getaway. The rooms are warm, neat, and well equipped. A heads up for other travellers- those with reduced mobility will not be able to navigate the stairs up to and within the apartment. Personally, we loved it - it added to the charm and felt like we were staying in a treehouse!

Great apartment in centre of Whitby and less than 5 minutes to the beach. It was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely fabulous apartment with superb sea views. Well equipped with everything you need, modern comfortable furnishings, well equipped open plan kitchen, lounge with two comfortable chairs in the bay window to make the most of the seafront location. Close to a nice seafront cafe and a sandwich shop and walks along the beach.

Sutton Hall is more stunning than the photos. Great accommodation with flexible bedroom set up comfy beds and pillows, plenty of crockery and glassware to have a lovely meal. The grounds and facilities really add to the place - lovely pool, gardens and hot tub. Easy booking system and private use. Perfect venue for friends meeting up or families to enjoy some quality time together. Fully recommend a stay at Sutton Hall and easy reach of lots of fabulous walks and villages.

Wonderful place. Close enough to town to be easily walkable but far enough away to be really peaceful. Everything you need is provided. Rooms are finished very well and you instantly feel relaxed. If we go back to Whitby we'll definitely book again. Thanks 👍

Really warm and friendly hosts! Staying at their place felt really cosy and nice - having a functioning fireplace and a hearty breakfast makes it feel as if at home.
