Spędziliśmy w Willi Roda 14 dni. Willa przestronna - było wystarczająco miejsca dla 9 osób. Pokoje duże, toskańskie, z okiennicami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi z pięknym widokiem. Kuchnia i jadalnia dobrze wyposażone. Taras zewnętrzny jak na zdjęciach. Nad basenem dostępne leżaki (i łóżka do opalania oraz parasol). Miejsce do grilowania ze stołem, krzesłami i parasolem - z klimatycznymi lampkami :) Świetny gospodarz - zapewniający pomoc i jednocześnie prywatność. Polecamy!

We were two small families sharing the Villa Gamba part of Byron House. The house was perfect for sharing with friends or family. Very spacious and with many bathrooms. We really enjoyed the access to the river and the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use the garden as much as we would have liked to, because it was high summer and the heat and the mosquitoes was a bit too intense. However, I have to say that even with windows open all night (no AC) the mosquitoes surprisingly were no problem at all in the house. The beds were beautiful and comfortable and everything was very clean and inviting in this very authentic villa. The road is just outside the house, but it didn’t bother us. Several parking options. The communication with Janet is very easy and thorough. For example the garbage sorting is a bit intricate, but Janet’s guidance is very helpful. We also enjoyed the town and the local public pool. We spent a week at the house but were aching to stay longer. Thank you.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans la Pruneta di sopra, cette magnifique maison est vraiment logée dans un écrin de tranquillité. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée, les cadeaux locaux de bienvenue ont été délicieux et nous ont fait chaud au cœur en arrivant. Toute la famille y compris notre chien a adoré l’immense et magnifique jardin bien clôturé malgré les pluies diluviennes auxquelles nous avons eu droit. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine mais elle est très belle et très grande. Notre hôte était facile à contacter et répondait rapidement à nos questions. Seul bémol: le chemin est difficile d’accès pour les véhicules long et/ou bas, et après plusieurs jours de pluie notre voiture frottait par terre à plusieurs reprises lors des montées et descentes au village. Bon à savoir mais nous ne regrettons rien vu que cela donne accès à cette perle rare cachée au milieu des montagnes. Si nous repassons dans le coin nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Wat een prachtige en soms bijna magische plek.. we hebben genoten van de ruimte, de rust en uiteraard volop van het zwembad en jacuzzi. De gastvrijheid van Leonardo en zijn familie was heel fijn en altijd bereid om vragen te beantwoorden! We komen graag terug!!

This villa is just a dream: so spacious, private, beautifully furnished and decorated, and also very well-equipped for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly kind and friendly so we could have the best stay possible. The location was great for us as well - you have a supermarket just 6 min away if you drive by car. But also there is a bus stop literally around the corner of a villa where you can get to the Bologna downtown directly. We highly recommend and hope to come back someday!

Très bon accueil. La maison est très spacieuse. Nous étions un groupe de onze personnes et nous avions assez de places pour tous le monde. La piscine dans le jardin est vraiment un plus.

Daniele e sua mamma sono stati davvero gentili. Ci hanno fornito utili informazioni in merito al paese di Vicchio e hanno risposto subito ai messaggi. Se dovessi tornare a Vicchio tornerei qui, facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione e zona molto tranquilla Grazie di tutto!

Daniele was very kindly and flexible to our late checkin because of an earlier car accident we had. The house is a really italian house with a lot of room for everybody. A fine new complete kitchen and many new bathrooms with good water heat and pressaure. Inside area is well enough but the outside was magnifik. The best- a nice big big and warm like 29-31 degrees. Daniel was quick to solve our small questions and always kindly. Not so much information on airbnb before our booking but dont worry. Daniel has made some changes during a longer pause and today everything is really perfect for a relaxing holiday.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Ulqini. Our host Paul met us at a time that suited us to let us into the property. Everything was as described and we had everything we needed. We were a family of 13 and had plenty of space. The highlight was the pool which we made the most of every day. We enjoyed walking over the bridge into Chifenti for icecream, pastries and dinner. The supermarket was very close and only a short drive away. The location was perfect, less than an hour from Pisa airport and ideal for visiting the leaning tower using the park and ride. We were also less than 2 hours from Florence (again advise the park and ride), and close to Bagni de Lucca train station for the train to Lucca. We hope to return again.

We rented this house with another family to attend a nearby wedding. In total there were 9 of us (4 adults and 5 children). It was better than expected. The property is beautiful and well kept. The host was friendly and responsive. Bagni do Lucca is a cute Tuscan town with close access to other destinations such as Lucca, Pisa and Viareggio. We highly recommend this place.

We adored our stay here. The pool was epic according to the kids. it was clean and had everything we needed. communication was excellent - despite our many questions! flexibility on the check-in time was very gratefully received as we d been up since 1am traveling. we soon got used to the mountain roads and saw lots of the local area however Pesica itself is lovely. tons of space for our group of eight. we d love to come back

Prachtig gelegen, mooi ingericht vakantiehuis. Adembenemend uitzicht, ook vanuit het zwembad. Absolute privacy en rust. Doordat het huis hoger gelegen is, hebben wij het toch aangenaam gehad tijdens een hittegolf in Italië. Het huis is echt gezellig Ingericht. Je krijgt mooi, schoon opgemaakte bedden en mooie badlakens. Geen goedkope rommel zeg maar. Doordat elke slaapkamer zijn eigen sanitaire voorzieningen heeft, is dit huis echt geschikt voor een grotere groep. Het servies is ruimschoots aanwezig, bovendien ook smaakvol. Kortom: deze mensen hebben echt hun best gedaan om je een aangename vakantiehuis te bieden. De werkelijkheid overtreft de foto's!

Abbiamo trascorso una bella serata nella casa, è dotata di tutti i comfort e gli spazi sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. La pulizia è eccellente. Gli host sono gentili e disponibili. Super consigliato!

This was an amazing stay in the small town of Barga. Gioia was super helpful and kind and gave us tons of local recommendations. The people of the town were nothing but kind, and the surrounding area itself was absolutely gorgeous. The place itself was extremely clean and modern. Would highly recommend!!

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Mossimos Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Grosses weitläufiges Grundstück. Weitere Klimaanlage wäre hilfreich für Juli/August. Ein Problem mit dem warmen Wasser wurde schnell gelöst. Alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit.

Velmi stylová vila se skvělým zázemím. Nejlepší byly chvíle strávené u bazénu a na terase.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Haus ist abgelegen, dadurch hat man seine Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Wir waren als Gruppe dort und die Lautstärke war irrelevant. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen von einem Mitarbeiter gereinigt, der aber sich nicht bemerkbar gemacht hat und den wir auch nie gesehen haben. Dies wurde uns aber bei der Anreise bekannt gegeben. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet und groß, d.h. gemeinsames Kochen und Backen war kein Problem. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und es gab viele verschiedene Obstbäume. Einziger negativer Apekt war das separate untere Zimmer, das leider nur von außen erreichbar ist und man so abgeschottet vom Rest war. Zudem war dieses etwas staubig, das Bett etwas kaputt und das Badezimmer etwas kaputt, wie z.b. der Duschkopf. Aber das war kein ausschlaggebender Grund für einen nicht schönen Aufenthalt, da man nur zum schlafen und duschen dort war. Ansonsten war es insgesamt ein sehr schönes Aufenthalt und mit schönen Abenden auf der Terasse.

We had a lovely family holiday in beautiful surroundings. The accommodation was just as described and the pool a real bonus. Safe for my two grandchildren as it was gated. Lots of lovely local restaurants we went up into the mountain's visited Pisa, the local zoo which has a lovely resturant for lunch. Linda was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. I highly recommend this villa very quiet, peaceful and the surrounding areas stunning.

Wir waren zu 7. dort und haben einen Ort gesucht, an dem wir selber niemanden mit unserer Lautstärke stören und wo wir für uns alleine sind. Auch wenn die Anfahrt ein bisschen tricky ist, hat es sich gelohnt. Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche mit Frühstück in der Sonne über den Bergen und Nachmittagen im Pool. Wir konnten uns auf dem großen Gelände austoben und im Pool schwimmen. Am liebsten hat uns sogar die Tischtennisplatte gefallen, wir haben wirklich viele Stunden Rundlauf gespielt. Das Haus hat alles wonach es bedarf. Von extra Decken im Schrank über Salz und Öl im Schrank, einer Kaffeemaschine oder Stiften und Kartenspielen im Regal. Handtücher und Bettwäsche gab es auch und sogar Shampoo stand noch in der Dusche. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und Amy war super zu erreichen. Wir haben schon überlegt, wann wir mal wieder kommen!

I recently stayed at this stunning Airbnb in Tuscany with a group of friends, and it was everything we had hoped for and more. The property is absolutely beautiful, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Nestled in the serene Tuscan countryside, it felt like our own private oasis.

Words cannot describe quite how wonderful this place is. We had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful, the location was more peaceful than you could ever imagine. John and Cath were incredible hosts who were extremely responsive and kind. They provided a fab document giving so much useful info on the property and the local area, they took away all the stress of having to find those good restaurants and the best places to visit. We were a family of 4, the property was glorious, we will be back!
