I rent my studio in Guéthary in the Basque Country (between Biarritz and St-Jean-de-Luz), 15/20 min. from the beach on foot and 10 min. walk from the restaurants and bars of the village. It consists of bedroom/living room/office, separate kitchen area and closed room bathroom/WC. It is bright, renovated in 2021 and fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, oven/microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, Wi-Fi (fiber)... Free parking space in front of the residence.

Quartier calme, à proximité à pied de la mer, des restaurants; 6 personnes logent confortablement. Les planches de surf, bouées, vélos....pourront être rangés. A pied d'oeuvre des randonnées, l'Espagne, l'arrière-pays.

Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

We live here year-round and particularly appreciate its brightness (west-south and east) and tranquility.
