Voor rust en ontspanning is dit de perfecte plek! Heerlijk onderkomen met een mooi zwembad en overal plekken waar zitjes zijn gecreëerd. Voor honden ook een heerlijke plek! In de omgeving is genoeg te doen en het prachtige stadje Gubbio ligt op slechts een paar minuten rijden. Alan is een geweldige host die heel veel tips over de omgeving heeft en deze graag (met een goed glas wijn) met zijn gasten deelt. Zeker een plek om terug te keren!

Il soggiorno da Paolo è stato perfetto! Io ho alloggiato nella casa al piano terra per due, comoda e soprattutto..fresca!!!essendo in pietra se fuori c erano 28 gradi dentro avevo freschino ! Stupendo! Giardino davanti totalmente recintato per poter fare sgambare i cani è perfetto! Paolo super gentile e mi ha aiutata con tutto con tanta pazienza e molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa! In più il posto che vale dieci stelle! Paesino pieno di gatti randagi che stanno da dio, gente felice e cordiale..e natura meravigliosa! Ci tornerò!

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich magisch! Natürlich ist das Ambiente wundervoll, dort ist es sehr ruhig und bis nach Montone zu den Restaurants läuft man ca 20 Minuten, aber wir wollten es genau so! Der Pool, die Aussicht - wirklich alles war fantastisch! Und ganz herauszuheben sind einfach unsere tollen Gastgeber! Sie waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben und sogar eine Trüffelwanderung für uns organisiert und übersetzt! Wir sind unfassbar dankbar, dass wir in diesem Juwel unterkommen durften und diese wundervolle und liebe Familie kennenlernen durften! Vielen Dank für alles 😊

Monia è una host fantastica, ci ha pure tenuto personalmente un posto auto nel parcheggio locale per noi!! (era una giornata di fest in città). La casa era super accogliente e pulita, con bellissime foto della tradizionale Festa dei Ceri di Gubbio. Siamo rimasti solo per poco tempo e abbiamo persino pensato di prolungare la visita di un giorno :) dobbiamo ritornare securamente! Grazie di cuore, Monia, per tutto!!

I had a wonderful time at Daria’s lovely apartment no. 2 and truly enjoyed it. The view from the balcony is a treat – I spent mornings and evenings just watching nature. It’s clean, quiet, well-equipped with great Wi-Fi, coffee, snacks, and a washing machine. Tap water is excellent. The brand-new bathroom has a big shower, mirror, and a large sink – perfect for all toiletries. The south-facing balcony lets you sun-dry laundry in no time, and keeping shutters closed keeps the place cool. Like her other apartment I stayed in, it’s in the heart of Assisi, accessible only by foot, so pack light. I parked in a public lot nearby – safe and easy. Cafés, sights, and restaurants are all within walking distance. I especially recommend Café/Bar Sensi – great food, coffee, and views. Check-in was smooth, and Daria is kind, speaks English, and communicates clearly. The location is authentic, and away from crowds – exactly what I needed. I’d absolutely stay again.

La casa di Gino si trova a pochi metri dal palazzo dei consoli. Perfetta per visitare in comodità Gubbio, è dotata di tutti i comfort. Al nostro arrivo ci accoglie Gino che ci fa parcheggiare in un parcheggio gratuito per poi portarci a casa con la sua macchina. La casa è su due piani, rifinita nei minimi dettagli, affascinante e confortevole. Gino si è reso disponibilissimo per check in e check out e ci ha permesso di usufruire della casa più a lungo. Se volete visitare Gubbio e dintorni consiglio vivamente di soggiornare a casa di Gino!

We had an amazing stay as part of our honeymoon. Our host Robbie went above and beyond any expectations we had! He was happy for us to contact him at any point during our stay, and checked in via message to see if we needed anything or to go anywhere. The apartment was spotless and the terrace was superb - we made full use of it during our stay (even watching a thunderstorm from the cosy shelter of the pergola!). The apartment is a short distance from the mini metro, which made getting into the old town easy. Robbie collected us from the airport at the start and even drove us to collect our hire car and speak to the receptionist there to make sure everything was perfect! He also have us recommendations for places to go and to restaurants in the area.

It is such a glorious place. We were stunned, and so happy and calm for the three days we had there. The landscape around the house, and the waterfall, was breathtaking. Thank you Ella and all the family!

What an amazing and unique place to stay! Somehow when we reserved this, we did not have in our imagination that we would be staying in a beautiful piece of history that has been incorporated into modern life wonderfully. A fantastic surprise to look out the window at the campanile so close, or step into the next room into a roman cave beautifully appointed. And Anna Rita is gracious & warm. We knew without a doubt that if we needed anything she would want to help. I highly recommend this location for you to discover & experience Assisi!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Spello, Umbria. The location was ideal – nestled within the historic town, full of character, peace, and beauty. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and full of authentic Umbrian charm. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make us feel comfortable and at home. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Ferruccio. From the moment we booked, he was attentive, warm, and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and even helping us navigate the area like a local. His hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. If you’re planning a visit to Umbria, we can’t recommend this apartment – and Ferruccio as a host – highly enough. It was a memorable experience, and we hope to return again soon!

cercavamo un alloggio, abbiamo trovato un angolo di paradiso che è diventato parte della nostra piccola vacanza a tutti gli effetti. La casetta è carinissima e completa di tutto, immersa nel verde, molto rilassante!! Gli host cordiali e simpatici, gentilissimi e disponibili. A mezz'ora circa dalle Grotte di Frasassi, a 4km da un supermercato piccolo ma completo di tutto. Unico aspetto negativo? Aver dovuto consolare il pianto della mia bimba quando siamo ripartiti: voleva restare lì 😂😂 Sicuramente torneremo se si presenterà l'occasione, siamo stati benissimo!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Fabrizio foi muito rápido na comunicação e gentil, deu ótimas recomendações de restaurantes. O apartamento estava muito limpo e é muito bem localizado

La struttura che ci ha ospitato è molto gradevole, silenziosa e riposante. Maria Stella è gentilissima e sempre pronta a rispondere ad ogni domanda, presente per ogni necessità. Forse la strada di collegamento tra la villa e la statale (neanche un km) è un po' impervia ma, in compenso, può regalare, come a noi, la passeggiata di un cerbiatto o di un cinghiale con i cuccioli (nessun pericolo, solo gradevole da vedere). Panorama dalla terrazza meraviglioso. Ci tornerei? Si, volentieri!

Tolle Aufenthalt - Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, sehr ruhig - wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Der Weg in die Stadt war etwas länger als wir verstanden haben, war für uns kein Problem. Vielen Dank Giuseppe!
