The small apartment was renovated in 2021, with exposed stone and antique wooden beams, and a view that makes the stay unique! Very quiet pedestrian area. There is a kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom (possible crib and high chair for children). Free parking is 200 meters away. In the house, all the comforts for a relaxing stay!

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

We are renting out our beautiful, restored house. It is in an absolutely secluded location in the forest with a fantastic view. We have a huge plot and garden with a pool for private use. Wi-Fi throughout the house and by the pool. We are 20 km from the border with Tuscany, so our house is perfect as a starting point for excursions to Tuscany, as well as to Umbria. Pool open from mid-May to the end of September - Changes are possible
