It is 10 minutes from Pisa, 20 minutes from Lucca , 1 hour from Florence and 20 minutes from the beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast.

Furnished with original furniture and equipped with every modern comfort (air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, high-quality towels and sheets), it offers views of the Cathedral and the walls, a small outdoor space at the foot of the bell tower and large Italian handmade beds for a perfect rest. Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

La Mediterranea

Independent rustic house 800 meters from the sea with a large garden in a residential area. Parking spaces included. The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 small bedroom with a double bed (4 total beds), a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Outside is a large shaded veranda, a barbecue, and a ping pong table. In the area there are shops for basic necessities and some restaurants. The house is located 10/15 min from the city center.
