The very well-decorated ,gorgeous apartment actually looked like a hotel room, very clean and smelling, covered bedding, towels, clean, I thought it was wonderful, although I used to carry these items if everyone was like this, I would not have to take more kkk, congratulations to Diego, fully described the ap , beautiful view,building well located close to everything, it's much more than described who knows until next ,thank you super recommend .

Roberta was very attentive before, during, and after our stay. The House is exactly as described, facing the beach, newly renovated and clean. We had a little unforeseen with the front door of the house, which was jammed, and the wi-fi signal was not the best, but nothing that impacted our stay. The beach is a few meters from the entrance of the house and has three or four restaurants serving lunch, portions and drinks throughout the day. Local commerce is quite limited, it is recommended to take with you the groceries you intend to use, as well as repellent.

Our stay was amazing, very close to the beach, supermarket, restaurant, ice cream parlor, bakery and several establishments. Douglas is the very attentive condominium doorman. The house was clean and organized. Strong point: air-conditioning, water filter and proximity to the beach. We will definitely be back and I recommend it to my friends and family.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

Everything was wonderful! Personally, the place is even more beautiful than the photos... it was a find... the blue sea, private beach and an incredible view... turtles appeared every minute

At first we received entertainment tips in the city, were flexible with chek-in and chek-out, left even an afternoon coffee prepared for us, extremely careful! It has a beach near the house, but it is a fishing beach, so we chose to go in others nearby (about 20 minutes drive away). About the house, everything was very clean and organized, Mara gave us instructions on how we should handle each item. The house has two bedrooms and both have air conditioning, fan and bathroom, the second bedroom has 4 bunk beds and does not have much space to put bags, but about the size we expected, in the photo of to get a sense. There are 3 bathrooms in the house, which is great for those who go in group. The garage coube 3 cars, but 2 were small, there was no room left for passage because there are some plants that get in the way. Overall, there are many leisure options! All quiet, it was very nice our stay. Attentive and concerned hosts about the well-being of the home.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

The apartment is gorgeous and super well-equipped, plus everything was impeccable. Bed and bath linens were clean and smelling. The location of the condominium is great and the staff of the building were also super attentive. Anyway, I only have compliments!

We had a great stay. Positive points: the apartment was super clean, with bedding and furniture without the smell of the sea. Complete kitchen utensils and a highlight for the friendliness of the building staff. Congratulations! Negative points: There was no washing machine in the apartment and the building has no garage, which makes it difficult for people with reduced mobility to get around and to load and unload luggage (but we were already aware of this). The building is under renovation to install a car loading and unloading area, which will make it much easier in these matters. But the rest was perfect. After all, the location is great!
