The house is exactly or even better than the photos, Willian is kind and I always request. We spent quiet and wonderful days. I would definitely come back and recommend it with my eyes closed.

Fairly located apartment. Many shops around. 10-minute walk to the beach. Very attentive and helpful Cristiane. Comfortable apartment, quality mattresses. The pool is bigger than in the photo. Points to improve: Kitchen utensils are missing and the ones that have them are quite old. In the suite there is no bathroom door. We had a very nice Carnival holiday.

My family's stay was simply amazing! I booked to take my 14-month-old children to see the sea, and it was the best choice we made. We were very well advised by the host Mr. Roberto, who gave us all the instructions and tips regarding the site. The house is extremely cozy, with impeccable and smelling bed and bathing suits, kitchen with all necessary utensils. Bathrooms with clean towels, as well as, all necessary items for bathing. Also, they all have accessibility bars, which pleased us too much, due to my mother-in-law's mobility problem. All rooms have fans and doors, which gave us more security due to my children's access control to the pool. The outdoor area is beautiful, huge backyard with a surreal view and a large, clean pool. Dona Cida (homemade) can't even be talked about, an amazing person, with a great heart, who was always on standby to help us. We'll be back for sure!

Me and my family loved our stay in Sueli’s place. Sueli was an amazing host and her home is absolutely stunning. We created forever memories by playing dominoes on the rooftop while the kids played in the pool and the churrasco cooking hot, walked to the beach countless times as it’s so close, enjoyed our pão de queijo & café in the kitchen with the amazing view of the beach, and so much more. Sueli is a wonderful host that was very responsive and flexible. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home Sueli - the whole family loved it!

village council exceeded my expectations! my family loved the house, very cozy, a peaceful and wonderful place. Before I went, I saw some comments that the only problem was with the garage! because it's rotating, if it stops behind a car, you leave your contact to call you for possible maneuvering. I honestly saw no problem. in case you stop behind someone and need to leave on foot. Take the car leaves on the sidewalk, super quiet place, when you return guard again. That's personal detail! comments are sometimes unnecessary. At last everything quiet, all polite of the condominium, quiet place, total privacy. side beaches! has 3 nearby viewpoints, I did everything on the hike! is worth it. You're all set with the apartment. Next to the beach, with elevator, market on the same street, close to restaurants. We don't use any utensils, but I saw that you have everything you need. I recommend it.

Roberta was very attentive before, during, and after our stay. The House is exactly as described, facing the beach, newly renovated and clean. We had a little unforeseen with the front door of the house, which was jammed, and the wi-fi signal was not the best, but nothing that impacted our stay. The beach is a few meters from the entrance of the house and has three or four restaurants serving lunch, portions and drinks throughout the day. Local commerce is quite limited, it is recommended to take with you the groceries you intend to use, as well as repellent.

We were well served, the house is the same as the photos.. big and very cozy. The very clean and organized rooms, we went in 10 people and accommodated very well. has 4 bathrooms, 3 with shower. The barbecue went well too, the pool is not much bigger than the one to cool off... it has sun chairs by the pool. The house is older, more clean, well organized and cozy, I felt in a country house... with plenty of plants around the house. It is 2 blocks from the beach is super close, we went every day on foot. The house is next to a parking lot, this brings us more security the house has an electric fence on freight, so it's very safe. Super recommend! I intend to come back more often.
