Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

the place is great, very close to the Asturias beach. It has bakery and market nearby. The apartment is wonderful, large space, well ventilated. I really like it. If I have a chance, I'll be back for sure.

The apartment is very nice and has a beautiful view. Well-maintained, with a full kitchen, very clean. The shower is electric and hot. The bed is comfortable and the rooms have air conditioning. The condominium is very quiet and well-maintained (airbnb renters are not allowed to use a sauna and gym). The beach is easily accessible by the stairs or the jeeps of the condominium. The beach is very beautiful, and the beach service is very good. The beach bar (exclusive to the condominium) serves delicious portions. Raquel is a great amphirian, flexible, easy to communicate and objective. I really enjoyed staying there, I hope to come back more often.

Christina's apartment has a great location, the photos are very faithful to the apartment, it is very cozy and complete, the concierge staff are polite and kind we feel very comfortable, we stayed 5 days and we enjoyed a lot the praía was great. I will definitely stay at Christina's apartment again.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. The place was very clean and well maintained. The host, Enzo, was very polite and cordial throughout the stay. Wonderful place near Praia das Astúrias and very close to the best bakery in Guarujá, Padaria Rafael Vidal, it is very worthwhile to visit!!!! The stay was very invigorating and I hope to have another opportunity to stay again soon!!!!

Luciana Cobertura is Nota mil, all very new, full kitchen, very good location. Near many restaurants, markets, pharmacies and a block from the beach. Luciana is very attentive, gave many tips of restaurants, bakeries etc, and always taking all the doubts, before and during the stay. Super approved !

wonderful apartment,identical to the one in the photo, has plenty of places to eat nearby, market, pharmacy etc. only the beach that can't go on foot because I found kkkkkk over uber of less than 10 reais, other than that was all wonderful

My stay was short but very fruitful!,the apartment has a great location,close to the main beaches and very safe surroundings. Host Edileuza was very receptive and requests!,was always available for any questions and worried about the comfort of my family during the stay. I only have to thank you!

The stay was excellent! Vera was always very friendly and helpful, responded quickly and helped us with any questions. The apt looks like the photos: they are 3 main suites and 1 adapted service suite, which can be used for guests as well. The bedding was of great quality, clean and soft. Apt well decorated and tasteful. We went with young children and we had no problems. Wifi works, but it's not very powerful for video-conference if you go to work. For the basics, it serves well. Very close to the beach, with chairs service. Da to walk to the mall and restaurants. We hired an employee for cleaning and cooking and it was excellent as well.

The apartment is very large and overlooking the beach. It is 4 minutes walking from the market and 30 minutes walking to the center. If you like to walk the sand, it's a great hike! The place was clean; the condominium has a swimming pool for those who are not very close in salt water; and the attendance, from instructions on how to enter the condominium, check-in and check-out, was excellent.

Very good the apt, great location, good structure, many kitchen utensils, and the very attentive Gisele, the staff of the building all very polite. I and my family love it. We will definitely return at another time.

The apartment is amazing! It would be easy to live in it. Everything was very clean and the organization was eye-catching! New beds, linens and towels of excellent quality, new appliances in perfect condition and of the highest quality! to mention the view that was to make the eyes shine! I left wanting to stay! It's worth every penny invested in this family moment!
