The impeccable apartment, great location, only use the car if you really need it, since from pharmacy to the surrounding markets it finally has everything exactly as it is described in the ad!!! Amazing experience! Staying in Marinete's apartment was simply wonderful! The space is impeccable, extremely clean, organized and beautifully decorated, making the stay cozy and comfortable. the place is great, very close to the Asturias beach. It has bakery and market nearby. The apartment is wonderful, large space, well ventilated. I really like it. If I have a chance, I'll be back for sure.

The accommodations are great, great structure, comfortable, well planned and super beautiful. Rosana is very attentive, kind, and remained ready for all questions and requests. The location is wonderful, everything is very close and we did everything on foot, without having to use the car. We will definitely be back more often! ❤️

Christina's apartment has a great location, the photos are very faithful to the apartment, it is very cozy and complete, the concierge staff are polite and kind we feel very comfortable, we stayed 5 days and we enjoyed a lot the praía was great. Perfect stay, extremely clean and impeccable apartment in every way. Condominium excellent, super safe!!Convenience inside the condominium with ice at the guests' disposal makes it easy. Practically inside the beach, great location with bars, restaurants, bakery, supermarket, etc. Marin very proactive, healed all our doubts. We will return more often, for sure!! I highly recommend it.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. The place was very clean and well maintained. The host, Enzo, was very polite and cordial throughout the stay. Wonderful place near Praia das Astúrias and very close to the best bakery in Guarujá, Padaria Rafael Vidal, it is very worthwhile to visit!!!! The stay was very invigorating and I hope to have another opportunity to stay again soon!!!!

wonderful apartment,identical to the one in the photo, has plenty of places to eat nearby, market, pharmacy etc. only the beach that can't go on foot because I found kkkkkk over uber of less than 10 reais, other than that was all wonderful

Cecilia was very solicitous and kind, I felt that my family and I were like friends of hers and she wanted to welcome us in the best way possible! The apartment is delicious, with nice and beautiful furniture, airy , the balcony is mto tasty. We take advantage of the pool and the playground and the children! the staff of the building all friendly and polite! has beach service, front market and pharmacy next door! Valeu, it was a wonderful stay!!

ola, we only have positive points to highlight, starting with the location close to the beach that you can go on foot, both on Tombo beach and at Das Asturias, with great bakery and nearby shops. As for the apartment and exactly as in the pictures and description, house of family environment, super quiet and safe. About the hosts always responded quickly and always helpful in helping, both Denise and Edy, who was the one who greeted us onsite and passed all the house instructions, we were able to enjoy the place and all the amenities very well and we will certainly be back.
