Great place to stay! Building is easy to find using Google Maps! Very walkable area and located next to all the luxury shopping stores! Street performers played at night nearby making it feel magical! It’s not more than about a 10 min walk to all the major tourist sites! Washer was very nice to have!

With the train station nearby, Alesso's house is at the perfect location. The center of Florence is at walkable distance and we didn't have to take any transport during our stay. The house was clean and had all necessary furnishings for short stay. Thanks Alessio for hosting us.

Apartment located in a building full of charm on a quiet street. 2 steps from the tram leading to the airport, 20 min walk to the city center, the location is perfect!

Ivana was a lot requested to respond to us very quickly and gave us great tips. The apartment is all renovated and with great taste, close to the train station and easy to walk to the main landmarks.

Place is clean and cute! Close proximity to duomo, great shopping, and eateries! Host is very responsive and great! Prime location with easy checkin and elevators plus AC which I realized as an American traveling Europe is not common so it was a great feature. Also unit has a washer which is great. A cute kitchen with a big fridge, Would recommend staying here.

Gianca was very responsive! The location was great and right in the middle of everything. The apartment was cozy and clean, just like the pictures advertised. We would definitely stay again.

Very private apartment, private entrance, separate small yard, clean and tidy room, host communication is smooth, surrounded by supermarket restaurants, within 20 minutes walk from various attractions, especially free parking, recommended to go by car

I highly recommend Podere Sasso Antico , a beautiful farmhouse renovated with good taste ( not the usual "rustic furniture") The pleasure of being on top of the mountain , with wide views, a breathtaking view, silence and starry nights and enjoying the sea by day, Baratti and surroundings, which can be reached in no time. Susanna is a welcoming and caring host, she will give you a lot of information , and Peppe (their dog) is adorable. The dirt road climbs into the woods but Susanna offers her off-road ( if you don't have a proper car) and this becomes a fun experience. Will definitely be back!!! Thank you Susanna 🤗

During the pandemic, I started following a FB group called view from my window. I loved seeing the views from around the world and the positive, encouraging posts. I began to see beautiful posts from Tuscany along with poetic descriptions posted by Elena. I learned she was an air bnb host. We were fortunate to stay at her air bnb, and she was the most delightful host. This truly is a special place. Elena goes above and beyond to communicate and help you make the most of your stay. Take advantage of all the advice and recommendations Elena has to offer, you won't be disappointed. That being said, allow some time to enjoy this beautiful place and soak it all in. Peccioli is a wonderful little town, with great places to eat, gelato and bread just steps away. There is an abundance of public art to wander around and enjoy. Practical tips-grocery store and laundry convenient. You do have to access the space via stairs. Highly recommend!

A magical experience! The house is very comfortable and the decor bucolic. Despite the unfavorable Weather, we were really good there. Silvia and her parents (on site, in the other wing of the house) were very attentive to our needs while being very discreet. Thanks to them! Congratulations on the quality of the amenities (especially the bedding!)

I stayed for 2 nights with my girlfriend , comfortable apartment, very sheltered area and easy communication with the Host who was immediately available. Highlight the terrace outside with the table where you can eat outdoors in total peace of mind.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Ideal place for someone who choose silence and calmness. Dreamed place for someone like us who set big price for nature/being able to reset mind and totally chillout. Area is situated far from the road and there is only a sound and smell of nature. Thats how we imagined Toscany - winery, cyprysses, wild environment and all far from loud city. Swimming pool was extra addiction which helped with high temperatures and also added prestige to the object. Access to activities/sightseeing around is very suitable - you have more than 8 different places to visit which takes almost whole day each. This object beaten up our expectations - it’s so so impressive - we will definitely come back. PS. We were with our 16months old daughter - she was happier than we could imagine. Totally recommend, Szymon and Justyna.

We enjoyed our stay so much!!! The views were amazing and the Cottage felt like home. Especially loved our interactions with the pets. Definitely an added bonus. They stole our hearts and we will miss them.

The host keeps the house very clean，the furniture is very exquisite and the facilities are very well-equipped . The host is very friendly and enthusiastic ，he contact us in time and give us a lot of tips about Pisa. After we arrive he greeted us in person and even left us a lot of drinks for free！

Good location - 10 minutes walk to Leaning Tower of Pisa and walking distance to bars. Clean apartment - shutters were great to get a good night sleep! Hosts responsive and helpful - allowed us to leave our bags a little longer after check out which was really useful!

I had a great time at this place. Literally close to Duomo and everything else within 10 minute radius. The place is clean and well-maintained. If I come back to Florence, this will be the place that I will stay again.

We really enjoyed it! The house is fantastically located on a hill with old trees and has a lot of charm. The apartment is spacious, super clean and equipped with everything you might need. You can reach Florence in 15 minutes by train and Pisa or Siena in an hour by car. Nevertheless, the house is super quiet and you have a fantastic view. Since we were there with the electric car, we also used the charging station in the parking lot. This was quite slow and interrupted the charging process every now and then, but all in all it worked. The access to the house is very narrow, but we never had oncoming traffic, as a second street leads downhill as a one-way street and the residents apparently only use the other access to get up.

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, Jessica was very helpful. Good neighborhood, and very close to bus stop. The apartment is quite spacious, equipped with heater and air conditioner.

I am just going to echo what many reviews have said, Cosimo is the best, place is amazing, location is great, all amenities you need are there, absolutely exceptional!
