Excelente lugar para una persona, con lo mínimo necesario para una estancia de varios días. La localización es perfecta, pues en mi caso quedaba cerca de la Universidad y también de caminando o en bus podías llegar al centro muy rápido. Además está cerca de OXXO, Aurrerá, bancos y lugares para salir a correr en las tardes. La atención de Paulina fue impecable, siempre atenta a cualquier necesidad que tuviera y dispuesta a ayudar . Son dudas consideraría este lugar para volver a alojarme en el por motivos de estudios.

I spent 10 ansome days in Cynthia rental close to evrything : el centro, a big park and El Mercado Sano y lots of good restaurants. It is a great place to work from and the terrasse at night is a delight. I recommand ++

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house has a beautiful garden very close to the centre. The hosts Felipe and his Father were very pleasant and helpful, we will return again for sure!

Excelente atención de los anfitriones, excelentes instalaciones, alberca de lujo, espacio perfecto para pasar unos días en familia , descansar y disfrutar. Un lugar que supera expectativas con cortesías , recomendaciones , y soluciones para comer o tomar a considerar , que no siempre ves en los Airbnb. Fuimos listos con cosas para tomar y comer quizá no hubiera sido necesario. Excelente ubicación , tranquilo y seguro. Quedamos muy contentos de seleccionar este lugar para pasar estos días libres . Gracias totales!!!

This house was Awesome! Michael greeted us even though we arrived very late due to some flight complications. Michael was also very responsive to our requests and was more than willing to help with some general questions about the town. The house was also very clean and the staff who came in daily were also very sweet. We had them make us some breakfast on a few occasions and it was exceptional. Would highly recommend and will likely stay here on our next trip to San Miguel.

We stayed at Casa Serena for almost 2 months. The house is charming and had everything we needed to feel at home and be self-reliant. The beds were so comfortable and the linens and towels were top-notch. Have a filtered water spout in the kitchen was a huge plus as it was great not to have to purchase and lug drinking water! The house is within easy downhill walking distance to the historic district with its lovely parks, museums, shops and restaurants. As is the case in many Guanajuato neighborhoods, the house sits on a hillside and so your walk back up from town is quite a workout! Still, that did not pose a problem for us. Alvaro was a perfect host. He was very responsive to any questions that came up and showed genuine concerns for our comfort and experience in his hometown. The welcome packet provided great recommendations for excursions and restaurants to try. Thank you too, Alvaro for the lovely sparkling wine you presented us with when we arrived. Thank you, Alvaro!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool just about every day. If you're looking for a quiet area of town, this is not it. The church bells start early! Explosive fireworks (assuming it's a Holy Week tradition, and not always present) were loud and even startling at times, but didn't go past 10 PM. If you're looking for a walkable area and a home that feels both historic and cozy, this is the perfect choice. Good restaurants were within walking distance, like Mestiza and Cafe Rama. El Manantial was perfect for tacos and margaritas! Loved the park and the plaza for local culture and the diverse bird population. We enjoyed Isabel's tortilla soup, but mostly ate out. I loved my mornings in the library. Loved City Market and wish we'd gone earlier in the week to stock up on more items for the week. If you are lucky enough to stay here, enjoy! SMA is a beautiful place, and it's the ideal spot from which to enjoy the lively city.

El departamento es hermoso y todo súper limpio!

Un excelente lugar para hospedarte, a unos 10 minutos caminando del centro, pero sin la complejidad de estar en el centro y buscar estacionamiento. El lugar está tal cual está en las fotos, los cuartos muy bien así como los baños. La alberca con excelente temperatura aunque no la utilizamos. Los anfitriones siempre al pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitáramos.

The Dona Jimenez suite was lovely and had everything we needed, especially AC that we ran while in the room. It was walkable to the centro and far enough away from the noise of town. I loved the decor and the finishes were perfect for a historical location. You can feel Adriana’s care and pride in her beautifully appointed house. We appreciated Adriana’s suggestions for places to eat and visit. The only less than perfect thing was that a neighbors dogs barked at night, so bring and use ear plugs. Otherwise, everything else was perfect and well worth the uphill walk from town!

Lugar agradable, el guardia de la entrada verdaderamente amable y siempre dispuesto a apoyar. Zona tranquila, bastante amplio y excelente vista. Sin duda volveré.
