What a wonderful way to visit San Miguel de Allende! We felt completely welcome and comfortable in this restored casa with an open air courtyard, beautiful flowers and a stunning terrace view. The housekeeper, Patty, was very nice and made wonderful classic Mexican food for us. The location was perfect for walking to the square, overlooks, the park and everywhere in between. Many great experiences were had and this was the perfect home base. Do not hesitate to stay here - you will not regret it! A note to future renters, if your flight arrives late you will need to arrange how to get in ahead of time with the rental company. If your flight arrives later than 9 pm it would be good to stay near the airport and travel to SMA the next day and begin your stay at Casa Lacardo then. Another tip: SMA is a mostly a cash economy unless you are eating/ shopping at a more established restaurant.

Let me start by saying this is a great property everything is within walking distance and there was more than enough restaurants available nearby. Fernando was a great host, the night porter from the place we stayed at. He was very attentive and gave great recommendations. If you are a light sleeper this place may not be for you you have the noise from the cars passing by in the morning also there is a working restaurant on the premises and they start a little early and you will definitely hear them in the morning. Having said that the place is quite charming and is well maintained I would definitely stay here again for f the opportunity arose.

A larger space than what you see in the photos, it was an ancient ranch with plenty of spaces to explore. The house is very spacious and has several spaces for each activity. It's really easy to get to, but the apps complicate it a little and the road, although a little careless (which is not the host's fault) is easy to access by car. Everything functional, the house is very thermal. Maybe a couple of fans and more chairs to take advantage of all the spaces (inside and out) would improve the experience, but overall very well, we were a group of 7 people and pets and we really enjoyed the tranquility of the place

Rustic apartment close to the downtown area of San Miguel de Allende. Suitable for a short or longer stay. Walkable neighborhood. Beautiful, very well maintained garden in a secluded, quiet setting with high level of privacy. Facilities and amenities in fair state. Much enjoyed my one week stay!

Super house well located, you find everything around, you find everything inside the house. Excellent for family moments, delicious garden now enjoy reading coffee you find the morning. Congratulations!

Host was very responsive & allowed us to leave our luggage before check in. The bed was very comfortable & there was ample filtered water. Great location- very walkable & nice decor. Host was very helpful with local tips!

Adobe's house is a lovely place, all the spaces feel comfortable and spacious, with all the services and amenities you can expect and need. Location provides security and privacy. My family and friends really liked it so we will be looking to come back soon. Marta, our host was very attentive to our arrival, she explained everything in detail and I give us a lot of information. He resolved all our doubts and did his best because our stay was pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay! Do not hesitate, this place is fantastic. The location is a bit out of town, we loved the walk down but did take taxis home (very inexpensive and easy to find). We loved the pool and the tranquility but mostly we loved Theresa...she truly makes you feel at home and takes wonderful care of you. Her meals are delicious and she is a kind and sweet person with a great sense of humor. We have stayed in SMA many times and this place was a favorite, we hope to return. Paula took the time to help me plan our visit via phone before our arrival which was very helpful and kind. Thank you Paula and Theresa!!

An amazing place to visit and enjoy with family or friends! Beautiful, clean, cozy, and peaceful. The thermal pools are absolutely wonderful. Juan Carlos and his team are outstanding hosts who make us feel right at home. I highly recommend it 100%! I can’t wait for the day we get to experience this again.

Magnificent hidden gem! This property is better than the photos, and allows you to live in a Spanish Colonial townhome/mansion. Truly a gorgeous oasis, and also an art collector's home, filled with beautiful things, and fully stocked for your comfort. The pool and courtyard fountain make you feel like you are in a private resort. The 4th floor roof top covered living/dining/bar/fireplace is perfect to watch the sunset with a cocktail or glass of wine with a stunning nighttime view of two church steeples. The property is so lush with potted plants and flowers that a gardener tends to it. I can't say enough good things about this property and excellent location. The best part is Rosalinda the cook, and Leticia the chambermaid. They are the sweetest and kindest souls; true caregivers. You can pick out recipes from the binders/cookbooks in the kitchen, give them money for groceries and they will cook 2 meals a day for you. We felt like royalty! Jod's dining recommendations were 5-Star!

Ale's excellent follow-up and empathy throughout the booking process and during our stay, the place is extraordinary, we will certainly try to return, the only thing that could improve is the option to improve the temperature in the pool because even though we had clear days, the children could not use the pool due to the low water temperature.

Wonderful host, very communicative and quick responding, made the arrival at the private security gate quick and easy. Beautiful home, great outdoor living space on the bottom and third floors, within a very well kept, peaceful community, outside the bustle. Enjoyed it, thank you.

We had a wonderful stay here. The absolute BEST location for enjoying San Miguel. It was perfect for our multigenerational family and plenty of room and privacy for everything. The team was so kind and we really enjoyed our stay.

An excellent place, just like the photos, Gustavo's service was really good, the place is very quiet, places nearby to make a purchase, everything was very good, the facilities, cleanliness, etc. Perhaps just look for a way to make the water warmer to be able to use it all day or at any time of the year. But I highly recommend it

Very quiet, the thing is very nice and comfortable, the pool clean and fresh. Itzel is very friendly and flexible. It is 5 minutes from Tequisquiapan by car.
