Clean, cozy, artfully decorated, quiet apartment with a terrace and patio. Kitchen is well equipped. The terrace has a great view of the city to the hills on the horizon. Leo is a great host, responds to questions and requests in a timely fashion. The apartment is close to many attractions and restaurants, foodstuff stores and groceries in a very walkable city.

A rooftop space features a wood-finished jacuzzi, surrounded by landscaped greenery. Two wooden lounge chairs are positioned beside the jacuzzi, offering a serene view as the sun sets. The area is enclosed by a low wall, with a pergola providing shade.

We wanted something special for our first time in SMA. This unit was a good fit. We enjoyed the central location, walkable to many of the lovely restaurants this pueblo magico is famous for. Communication was prompt, and the place was squeaky clean. The rooftop views are exquisite at sunrise and sunset. Apparently, the jacuzzi tub is a shared amenity, but it was always available and sufficiently warm. There are many options to choose from in SMA. You will not go wrong with this condominium.

Very pleasant stay, Vicky was an excellent host, very kind and always attentive to everything. The house is just as in the photos, very clean and tidy, also very safe. I would definitely come back.

My family and I loved the space. The loft is very nice. Hahaha we struggled a bit to understand the stove, but nothing that spoiled the stay. If I come back, I'll stay in this place again! Someone in a previous post commented that they don't have Netflix as advertised and it's true, there isn't! But there are many channel options to see! Thank you

I would rent it again without thinking, super central, very friendly hosts, all the amenities worked 100%. I would just like to point out that if you're going with people who have trouble climbing stairs, it might not be the best option.

I really enjoyed staying in the cosy and spacious studio. Walking is my thing, having it a 10 minute flat walk off the Ancha and a 20 minute hillier walk to the principal square was perfect. I could do basic food prep in my suite or opt to use the shared kitchen on the patio. The shaded area on the patio was a pleasant space to spend a hot afternoon. I enjoyed the bits of social interaction with other guests too. I would definitely recommend Fernanda’s place.

Very comfortable and spacious space, with cozy atmosphere and natural light. There may be some noise in the morning from the elementary school nearby and you have to go up to the third floor of the house to access the room. We loved it and hope to be back soon :)
