This is a service like the one we all hope, I have stayed in several in this area, and this service was excellent, nice and value for money, definitely that way should be all the services, Mr. Bogar and co-host supported us a lot, spacious place, we felt right at home, I definitely recommend it, if it is available, rental is worth it.

Just like the ad, the photos matched and the place was very quiet. It is located in an alley and is uphill, but in Guanajuato everything is like that... it even adjoins the alley to go up to the Pipila viewpoint on foot or very close to the Funicular in case you don't want to walk, the view is incredible, so it's worth visiting, Milton was always kind and attentive to us, he supported us in everything and gave us a family stay. What I loved the most was the welcome from the dog at the entrance, he is calm and affectionate!! 🤗

This studio was just perfect for what I needed. My wife and friend had stayed in the larger home that is on the same property. Great for a couple or one person. Not fancy but very practical. Comfortable bed. Nice Bathroom. Excellent Shower. The kitchen area again not fancy but very clean and serves the purpose of A STUDIO! The proximity to the Main Street of Presa makes life easy. Across the street are great coffee cafes. Up a ways are really great restaurants like Citric which I had the best Chilaquiles Rojos of any in Mexico. Across from Citric is Amantxi a Fine Dining steakhouse that is magnificent under the watchful eyes of Chef Domingo Marteniz and his wife. Great and talented staff. A BARGAIN at each of these restaurants for the quality they provide… Back to Christel and her listing. Since we had the privilege of staying there 2x in a short period. We had the full experience of excellent above and beyond communication. The home delivered more than promised.Highest recommendation!

Undoubtedly recommended, the place is comfortable, nice but above all super central, we arrived before the check-in time and we were allowed access, Mr. Fco. who is who receives you, very kind, I recommend a pension to leave our vehicle (this if it is a little removed but it is an excellent option if you take a car cost 250 pesos per day), we stayed from Sunday to Thursday my two children, my husband and I, in addition we take our pet!! The house has a cabin finish, it has what is necessary. Honestly, I was worried about the comments regarding noise and that it was a shared space with other guests but during our stay there was no noise at night... and with the other guests we only ran into each other twice so it wasn't a problem either. The tapanco is very nice the low ceiling for us was no problem. The weather was quite nice, maybe if it feels a little damp I guess for being an old farm and with little ventilation. Thank you!!

The house fulfilled everything offered. A distribution of bedrooms and bathrooms for a comfortable stay of 8 people. As for the attention and communication with Dalia, everything was excellent from the first day of the reservation until my departure. Finally, I appreciate the attention, flexibility, recommendations and welcome from Mrs. Angeles who was attentive to us.

The place is just as shown in the photos. Secluded, quiet and very cozy. Everything is super comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The impeccable jacuzzi with very hot water just for the occasion. The shower is the same, with hot water. We slept peacefully without any noise. We would definitely go back again. It is the second time I stay there and everything excellent like the first time, communication with Angy was equally excellent, the area is very quiet and safe. I certainly highly recommend the place and hope to return soon.

What can I say - it was pretty much the perfect place for our 2.5 month stay in Guanajuato for a family of three. Beautifully designed and decorated inside and out, everything we needed for cooking and living, cozy and comfortable, a great view, and a short walking distance to the centro. Ana is a wonderful host who took us out on arrival to show us all the necessities it would have taken us days (or weeks) to find on our own, plus she has an extensive list of places to eat and explore in Gto. The three friendly dogs and a sweet cat are a bonus also! The only downside - none of the accommodations during the remainder of our travels in Mexico are going to measure up to Casa Ajolote!

It is much nicer than what you see, a very comfortable place, the host is super friendly and always attentive to everything, the house was very clean, an incredible view, and the person who received me was super friendly. I will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful house, small, it has everything it advertises, it matches the photos, super central. Ana is a magnificent host, attentive, constant communication, an incredible tour guide, and friendly. Definitely our favorite house in Guanajuato. We'll be back next year. The only way to get to the complex is by car. But even so, Ana gave us specific parking options. A happy family. Great house. Highly recommended. Beautiful.

Very nice apartment, easy to get to and a very quiet and safe area

Very great place, super close to the center of town. The only thing is they had listed amenities such as shampoo and conditioner and there was none, I had to go buy some. But other than that, they had everything I needed!

The beds are very comfortable, the place is clean and tidy, it is very nice, it has a good location, and it is very cozy. The hosts were very attentive to us and answered questions. The place has a box with personal hygiene items if you forget any, as well as everything you need to cook. It's well equipped for stays of several nights, very nice.
