A very nice place, nice, spacious and in a great location. Without question, a great option for staying in Guanajuato.

Everything is excellent, it has a good location, it is super tidy and clean, I will definitely stay there again. It should be noted that the host was always attentive.

We stayed at Casa Serena for almost 2 months. The house is charming and had everything we needed to feel at home and be self-reliant. The beds were so comfortable and the linens and towels were top-notch. Have a filtered water spout in the kitchen was a huge plus as it was great not to have to purchase and lug drinking water! The house is within easy downhill walking distance to the historic district with its lovely parks, museums, shops and restaurants. As is the case in many Guanajuato neighborhoods, the house sits on a hillside and so your walk back up from town is quite a workout! Still, that did not pose a problem for us. Alvaro was a perfect host. He was very responsive to any questions that came up and showed genuine concerns for our comfort and experience in his hometown. The welcome packet provided great recommendations for excursions and restaurants to try. Thank you too, Alvaro for the lovely sparkling wine you presented us with when we arrived. Thank you, Alvaro!

It is the second time I stay there and everything excellent like the first time, communication with Angy was equally excellent, the area is very quiet and safe. I certainly highly recommend the place and hope to return soon.

Absolutely loved our stay! Claudia's home is perched on one of Guanajuato's many hill/mountaintops and has a gorgeous view. She was very communicative and even helped us figure out where to buy a molcajete. Just like the rest of Guanajuato, you'll have to climb a hill to get back to the house if you go exploring. However, Centro is just about 20 minutes way and there's a fully stocked grocery store at 12 minute walk in the other direction. Claudia's had plenty of space and was super clean. The two patios were great to hang out on and work from.

This time I went to Guanajuato just for a day, so I used it just to sleep. But regardless of that, there is no problem getting anywhere in the city.

We loved this place. The house was beautiful and for the dogs it is a great option too. We just had some issues with the shower, but the rest was way better than we expected. The personal was very friendly and supportive :)

Great location and amenities that make your stay something extraordinary. Very good hosts who make you feel at home and the best, you can bring to the whole family including the Perrihijos.

The place is very nice, the villa functional, complete, clean, spacious, comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay, the photos show what it is. The attentive and pleasant staff, I recommend it. I recommend it. One small detail is the water in the pool is a little cold and the internet doesn't go very well. If you want to be at peace, go there.

Everything is very good, it is more beautiful than what is shown in the images, the beds are comfortable, it is well equipped, there are several bathrooms and everything is very clean. Just consider that the schedule is not flexible, if you want to arrive earlier or leave later, there is an additional cost. Another thing is that the pool was not hot even though the heating system was on, I don't know if it was due to the weather being somewhat cold outside.

The house and the area are very nice. And above all, a spectacular panoramic view.

Place is as described, with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms (great for a big group or family). Facilities are well maintained and in good order. Not a ton of ameneties (feels very much like a hostel in rhat way), but it's got the basics down. Good bang for your buck.

We had a wonderful time at Celez’s place. It looked exactly like the photos and the tile floors and personal touches of Mexican art are gorgeous . There was also several shelves of books in English. We were prepared for the 70+steps and they were indeed steep but Marina met us at the bottom and she carried our carry on size bags and we hauled the rest. By the end of our 5 day stay we had adjusted, just take them slow. There are many stores nearby for groceries, fresh bread, pastries and also several restaurants within an easy walk. There is a great restaurant at Hotel Embajadores not far from Celez’s, turn left at the bottom of the stairs and keep to the left. We ate there twice. Marina is kind and happy to help you, we really appreciated her. All in all a great place to stay.

His home was as described on the listing. We also used his transportation services to and from the airport which made our trip so much easier. Overall, it was a great experience!

Excellent space. Excellent cleanliness. Comfortable beds and clean spaces. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Paulina sent me very detailed images on how to get there to make it easier for us and the truth is that we really appreciated that since we found the apartment very quickly. There are some dogs upstairs that can be heard during the day, but at night it is totally silent and you don't notice them at all. It's very close to bus stops and Plaza de las Ranas.

Torsten's place looks just like the photos! A cozy, clean, and quiet space that is absolutely beautiful with colorful and thoughtful design elements! The house manager, Gerardo, was easy to reach and even helped with our luggage when we arrived. There are several stairs leading to the house—in the little barrio setting/walkway—so individuals with mobility issues may have trouble getting to and fro.

Beautiful place and well located. The garden is just around the corner from behind. Very walkable location to explore the City. The apartment is very clean and spacious. It has a beautiful oversized terrace to relax on and have a drink. 10/10 will definitely book again.

Great for relaxing! Maria Elena answered quickly and with precise directions. I really liked the place, I'll be happy to come back. Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. It has the parking advantage. Walking may be tiring if you're not used to it because you go through somewhat steep places, but it's worth it. I thought it was very good. Quiet area, which is appreciated. There are several grocery stores nearby.
