Family-friendly vacation rentals in Guanajuato

The place is just as it appears in the photographs. Everything was fine except we couldn't use the tub because there was no water, otherwise everything was excellent.

Great location and near to everything

Excellent place, central and easy to get to the busiest points of Guanajuato, I would say that you should wear good walking shoes since the climb is steep to get to the accommodation but all of Guanajuato is like that, the only detail that I could highlight about the place is that the bed is a bit hard and the tub does not work the hydromassage, everything else is very nice and quiet, there is no noise and it allows you to rest.

I didn't meet Zaira, our host was Carlos, a very attentive and kind guy who was attentive to what we needed. The house is beautiful and comfortable, with a terrace with the best view of the city. I'll be back from there.

The place is really nice. It's really close to downtown, so there was no need to take the car at all. We left it in a parking lot and that was it. We toured a lot of GTO and everything on foot, restaurants, Juarez Theater, Callejón del Beso, there is no need to bring your car everything is very close. The accommodation is private, with all the amenities, and even more, it is super clean, it is very nice. Ana and her mother-in-law are super nice people, they answered any questions you had super fast, recommendations for everything. When I go back to GTO. I would definitely rent with them again. Highly recommended!

The beds are very comfortable, the place is clean and tidy, it is very nice, it has a good location, and it is very cozy. The hosts were very attentive to us and answered questions. Beautiful spacious accommodations, very safe. Suggest downloading What*App (communication messaging app) and Google translate if you want to maximize smooth communication with the concierge team and with utilizing the written instructions left within the desk drawer. Regarding previous reviews regarding apartment amenities provided, conscientious corrective attention has been given to them and there was ample hot water, toilet paper, extra blankets and towels, and individually sized bottles of water left for our use. If you are sensitive to ambient light during the night, bring an eye mask, because the enhanced safety of the walkways outside of this apartment include street lights. We stayed over a week and will plan our future stays around being able to access this fantastic studio again!

A very good place to stay. My mistake was not to see that there was no kitchen or ceiling fan or air conditioning out there everything was fine.

It is highly recommended to arrive at this lodge. It's conveniently located and very clean. Paolo is very attentive and was always available to support us. The only thing is that, like everything in Guanajuato, it has some heavy stairs to get to the house, so do not bring many suitcases.

The place matches 100% with the listing, it was very easy to get there since Susana provided me with the instructions in advance. It is located in a very central location, so it was easy to reach every point of interest in the city. Susana and Francisco were always available. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful month long stay in Norma’s apartment and certainly will stay there again given the opportunity to travel to Guanajuato. We enjoyed the beautiful view, the location and the apartment in general: lots of space, comfortable, clean and quiet. In addition Norma is an excellent host and a wonderful person. She treats her guests well, is quick to respond and she goes the extra mile. Norma gets 5 stars plus as a host, as she’s the best!

very secluded from the street, beautiful view wifi was usually 20s, sometimes up to 40 during off hours. fortunately was enough for me to work, barely. he offered to improve it which was very nice but didn’t help much

I looked at a lot of reviews and I must say, they were extremely accurate. Alex thought of everything. The place was even better than I expected and from the reviews, I expected a lot! The location was in Centro but toward the eastern end which is much more of a bustling Mexican part of town rather than a tourist section. Yet, it was an easy walk to the heart of Centro, where the Zocalo and Theatre is. I loved the hammocks on the big covered terrace overlooking the city. We were so happy to have the pool as well.

Excellent accommodation, very clean, spacious and the pool with the water at a comfortable temperature.
