Beachfront vacation rentals in Guam

The Queen Malesso Houseboat was so fun to stay at! With the owner's permission, we were able to camp outside right by the beach! It was so quiet and special how we could see the stars so much better down in Merizo. There was the occasional rooster crow and revving low rider lol but that's everywhere on the island. We loved having the 2 outdoor showers for all of our campers. The backyard beach is right next to a river so there's gray-ish sand but it gets better if you swim or snorkel out a bit further into Cocos Lagoon. To the right between the houseboat and Bikini Island Club, you can find the yellow round coral beds and lots of colorful fish, esp. near the drop off! Some adventurous friends even paddled to Cocos Island but do that at your own risk! The inside of the houseboat was large enough for 10 of us to hang out in during meal times and some friends even choose to sleep in the 4 beds inside. It was a cool and quirky place to stay in. Very neat and clean. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a cozy three bedroom apartment. We rented two bedrooms of it. Pretty inner design, excellent location (walking distance to beach). WiFi is strong. Assigned parking. Vma replaced the air condition in the living room the same day I told her the old one had some issue. And she also brought us bathroom and kitchen supplies when they run out.

I will definitely stay again next time I'm in Guam!

My other half & I enjoyed every minute of staying at this Airbnb. Clean, organized, had all the amenities we needed & such a responsive host. Definitely will be recommending this location to others.

I’ve been to Guam a few times and really don’t enjoy the overpriced and overcrowded Tumon hotels. Don’t like hunting for a parking spot and walking forever to the room. This place is 1/3 the price, has a bedroom and comfy work table for my laptop. The big hotels have no desk for people who are not on vacation! I parked right in front of my door! The private beach and under concrete roof outdoor kitchen with large tables were also great for laptop work on the beach. Power and WiFi aplenty at the beach. I think there are about 18 rooms here. This is a good choice. I liked the first floor and will stay here again soon. If you need a spa, a bar with a band, and crowds this is not your place. But it’s my favorite for a quiet, well air conditioned room with all the basics. With your car steps away, you can get most places before resort guests can find their car!

Wonderful stay! A nice & quiet area with access to the beach right in the backyard!

This is a great place to stay. We had a little bit of trouble finding it, but this was probably due to us being very dazed and confused. (Stupid PAL cancelled our flight the day before, so we had to scramble around to find a place to stay for the night.). The location was wonderful! If we ever go back to Guam, (we need to find an alternative to Philippine Airlines), we'd highly consider staying here again.

I love it when the pictures match reality. The Ocean Villas are designed in style that you feel comfortable and at home the moment you step in. If you like a hideaway which is very clean, has great parking and stunning sunsets, this place is for you. Also all the staff you meet during your stay is very kind and helpful, other guests were quite and friendly.

Enjoyed my stay and it was was nice to relax on the private beach and watch the beautiful sunset.

This place was really nice, location was great, the beach is only a few steps away from the villa. The area is quiet, and perfect for watching the sunset. The apartment was clean, and equipped with all the amenities listed in the description. Stayed there for a week and had no issues whatsoever. Anna was very helpful, and easy to reach for any questions. Overall, a great experience.
