Apartment vacation rentals in Guam

It was the perfect home away from home for the month that we stayed. It was an excellent deal too for the location and amenities provided. Internet can be spotty but more than enough to get work done. Excellent setup too so you can bring snorkelling gear and wash in the outside bathroom. Perfect space and we were very sad to leave.

The flat itself seems just re-decorated; everything is brand new with very classic taste. The refrigerator OMG is huge! It can make huge ice balls and cubes automatically! Amenities are very close by, 3 min walk to local restaurants and 10 min walk to the Tumon Beach where you can get everything. Jing is a very nice host and responsive within minutes. Highly recommend, will be nice to come back again.

I stayed here for almost 2 months. The apartment was in great condition & looked just like the photos. Beds & couch were comfortable. Everything felt simple and well organized. I even had new towels waiting for me - which were super soft & a nice touch after my long flight. I also appreciated that the water pressure & temp was good throughout the place. Any minor issues I had during my stay, Dina was very responsive and tried to resolve within 24 hours. The only 2 things that I think could be potential issues for others would be that the wifi was very finicky and would drop and regroup all the time, and there is only one washer & dryer for all 4 units in the building - and everyone seemed to want to do laundry at the same time each week😅. Neither was a huge deal for me because I would just go to my family’s house, but I know that may not be an option for everyone. Overall, it suited my needs well and the neighbors were friendly. I would stay at any of Dinas places again.

I was pleasantly surprised with Dina's place. I great price for an extended stay and she even accommodated my request for some additional days. This area does not have much traffic and is super quiet in the evening and all thru the night. Spacious floorplan, good working appliances and A/C, dishes, pots and pans, comfortable furniture to include bed. Hot water really quick. Very adequate parking available. Nearby grocery store and restaurants. Jack was there when I arrived and checked me in; very helpful. Dina is wonderful to work with; respectful and courteous. I really enjoyed my stay here in Mangilao. I will definitely look for Dina's place again when needed. Thank you!

We had a comfortable stay. Rented the place for 5 weeks. Any issues we had they were resolved in a timely manner, host was very responsive. I recommend it for long stays.

This was the best Airbnb I have ever occupied. Stewart was an awesome host. Cleans linen, ice cold AC in all rooms and fresh air inside the unit. The location was by far the best! Stores, shops, and beach were all within walking distance. I had a few travel issues and Stewart was always available to help. I would highly recommend this place to any family and friends. I have already made travel plans to stay again in the future.

I had a great stay at Teogenesa's place. Host was very accommodating for I needed to extend twice. Place is nice, comfortable and had just about everything we could ask for. Host left me some complementary items that I enjoyed and showed they cared. Host always responded quickly when needed to contact her. I recommend.

My family and I took a quick trip back home needed a place to stay while we were here. I booked this place last minute but Cory and Jolo were so quick to reply and make sure i had anything i needed upon arrival. The condo was very nice, had lots of space and was very clean when we got there. The view is beautiful and there are many shops, restaurants and beaches nearby. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into this place, the bathrooms are so nice, the decor makes the house feel modern and comfortable, and the amenities they provide are top tier. I would definitely recommend staying here not only for tourists, but also for locals who are looking to have a nice staycation. The hosts are very hospitable and make you feel very welcome. I throughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend you stay here if you have the opportunity to.

Great location, close to beach. Host was accommodating and quick to respond. Apartment was great for family with children. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, smart TV and more made our stay very enjoyable! Small stores nearby for snacks, drinks and any other necessities. Location is central.

I had great experience in Anna's house. The space is clean and tidy and spcious. it located closed city center. However. When I use google map, the nevigation guide me worng way, so, it take time to find house first time, in addition, there are some furniture need to fix^^

Nice place, walking distance to supermarket where you can get supplies. Close to mall 5 minutes drive to the Wednesday night market!

This isn't actually a review for this specific spot. Last minute there was an unexpected renovation here but Asia within a short period of time booked us at another location that worked out perfectly. Kitchen and bathroom was well stocked with everything you could need to feel at home and a grocery store was just a quick 2 minute walk away!

The location was convenient for getting to all parts of Guam. The neighborhood was quiet. The amenities matched the description. When there was a minor problem (with a coffee maker), they quickly replaced it. Overall, well worth the stay.

Six of our friends stayed with us, but we were very relaxed! The room was very clean and well equipped. There were also 3 king beds and 3 futons, so we all slept separately. It was convenient because you can shop right next door at the supermarket and outlet. It was nice to stay at a cheap price!
