For sure I’ll come back at Dina’s house for my next trip in Guam.

This isn't actually a review for this specific spot. Last minute there was an unexpected renovation here but Asia within a short period of time booked us at another location that worked out perfectly. Kitchen and bathroom was well stocked with everything you could need to feel at home and a grocery store was just a quick 2 minute walk away!

Asia's place was in a quitearea and only a Mike from where we were working. It was an older place but was perfect for us.

The place was perfect for my family of 4 during our 20 day trip to Guam. It would have been uncomfortable staying in a 2 bed hotel room. Both Dina and Queen are excellent. Dina is very responsive and addressed all our concerns as soon as we brought them up. I would stay there again and recommend to my friends and family!

Jack was very responsive, quick to confirm the reservation, provided clear and easy to understand instructions, and the unit looked as advertised. Most importantly, my amily and I had a great time and I would recommend this place. Thanks Jack!

The location was convenient for getting to all parts of Guam. The neighborhood was quiet. The amenities matched the description. When there was a minor problem (with a coffee maker), they quickly replaced it. Overall, well worth the stay.

The location of the apartment is great if you have a car. It is only about 8 minutes drive to downtown. The apartment is very spacey and clean and it’s a great fit for family!

We had a comfortable stay. Rented the place for 5 weeks. Any issues we had they were resolved in a timely manner, host was very responsive. I recommend it for long stays.

I stayed at Nicole’s properties for about a year. Her places were always the most comfortable and had everything I needed. The location is fantastic, close to everything! Never had issues with neighbors or parking, everything was great.

I went with my friend and two families, and it's close to Ipao Beach. The location was very good as it was close to the main street of Tumon. It's good for eating and having fun with the kids. There's a washing machine and a dryer, so you can swim in the sea and come back. It was very useful when doing laundry. I intend to visit again next time.

It's also great to walk to the beach or the shopping mall. It's a great place to stay for a group trip with three beds and several toppers! The shower water pressure is weak, but everything else is satisfactory~!

Shirley is a great host. She was always quick to respond and helpful. The place was even better than we imagined. Very clean,spacious and convenient.

It was a fantastic place for our two week stay! Very clean and great location. Anna was very responsive and even let us check in early!

I had great experience in Anna's house. The space is clean and tidy and spcious. it located closed city center. However. When I use google map, the nevigation guide me worng way, so, it take time to find house first time, in addition, there are some furniture need to fix^^

Highly recommend this place. Beautiful all around. Has everything you need and it very close to downtown Tumon.

Nice place, walking distance to supermarket where you can get supplies. Close to mall 5 minutes drive to the Wednesday night market!

We will be looking to book with Asia again on our next visit to Guam. We did have some internet issues, when we let Asia know she got them taken care of right away.

The building is older, however, the interior of the apartment has been nicely updated. There is plenty of free and convenient parking. The apartment is really well equipped and nicely furnished. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The organization of the kitchen and bath supplies is impressive. The WiFi works great. The large flat screen TV seems to have something wrong with the screen (it seems washed out), however, it is still useable and is equipped with Roku. There is a dedicated laundry room with a high end washer and dryer. We found the laundry sink really helpful for washing our snorkeling gear. The location is fantastic. A very short walk from one of the nicest beaches is Guam with good snorkeling. The beach is visible from the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants close by. Thicker blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be better. However, we eventually figured out that we could really darken the back bedroom by closing the hurricane shutters.

I stayed with six friends, and we were very relaxed! The room was very clean and well-equipped. There were also 3 king beds and 3 futons, so everyone slept separately. It was convenient to be able to shop right away at the supermarket and outlet next door It was nice to stay at a cheap price!

Great Location! The apartment was very spacious. Walking distance to everything. Much better than a hotel (I've stayed at The Royal Orchid and The Bayview in Guam). Check-in was easy and privacy was appreciated.

This place was really nice, location was great, the beach is only a few steps away from the villa. The area is quiet, and perfect for watching the sunset. The apartment was clean, and equipped with all the amenities listed in the description. Stayed there for a week and had no issues whatsoever. Anna was very helpful, and easy to reach for any questions. Overall, a great experience.
