Hotel vacation rentals in Guam

I’ve been to Guam a few times and really don’t enjoy the overpriced and overcrowded Tumon hotels. Don’t like hunting for a parking spot and walking forever to the room. This place is 1/3 the price, has a bedroom and comfy work table for my laptop. The big hotels have no desk for people who are not on vacation! I parked right in front of my door! The private beach and under concrete roof outdoor kitchen with large tables were also great for laptop work on the beach. Power and WiFi aplenty at the beach. I think there are about 18 rooms here. This is a good choice. I liked the first floor and will stay here again soon. If you need a spa, a bar with a band, and crowds this is not your place. But it’s my favorite for a quiet, well air conditioned room with all the basics. With your car steps away, you can get most places before resort guests can find their car!

Such a wonderful stay! Near the beach, clean unit, parking free. The internet wasn’t working but they tried to provide an alternative solution. I would stay here again!

Ocean Villa is easily my go to place when I go to Guam for work. It’s easy to get to, clean, feels like home and more importantly it feels safe there. Highly recommend this place any day.

This is a great place to stay. We had a little bit of trouble finding it, but this was probably due to us being very dazed and confused. (Stupid PAL cancelled our flight the day before, so we had to scramble around to find a place to stay for the night.). The location was wonderful! If we ever go back to Guam, (we need to find an alternative to Philippine Airlines), we'd highly consider staying here again.

Enjoyed my stay and it was was nice to relax on the private beach and watch the beautiful sunset.

The last 15 days at Ocean Villa Unit 205 before leaving Guam made my four years on the island truly special. Indescribably beautiful sunsets, barefoot walks on the beach, and reading under the trees have all made Guam an unforgettable memory. I hope those visiting Guam get to experience these moments as well.

The management of this property gives you a lot of useful information in the correct time. Clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The places are well organised and clean. It has coffee maker, rice cooker, Kettle, etc. enough for your cooking basics. The beach in from of the property is clean, tranquil. They are restaurants around 2 Km from the property, like Apple-bee, jack-in-the box, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese fast food, etc. At night it is very quiet that means you can have a good rest. I highly recommend the place.

this peaceful Little Villa felt right at home. the ocean is right there. the beach is just like your own. I love my stay here and I will be coming back in January to enjoy The slice of heaven again. thank you Anna and staff.

I frequently visit Guam for business & travel. This was my second visit to this airbnb. Had I known this place earlier, I would have booked this place every time I visit Guam. I wish I knew earlier. It's close to a beach and I truly loved the stay. I will be visiting next year again for the third time.
