We loved the apartment! Great location, everything very comfortable. The apartment has everything! We felt at home! Mauricio was very polite and we were greeted by the caretaker Luís who was also extremely courteous! We'll be back soon!

The apartment is very nice, all very clean and organized! Iara always answering our doubts and always being receptive. No ap has only the ceiling fans, and it was very hot, we suffered a little with it, we did not take a fan because the voltage was 110, and where we live is 220. If you can, I recommend you bring a fan. Other than that, nothing to score, only to really thank for Iara's stay!

Our experience in Eduardo's apartment was excellent! The apartment is the same as the photos, beautiful. In the two bedrooms and the living room (it makes all the difference with this heat), all well decorated, new, and in perfect functioning. New beds and good shower. A television in each bedroom, in the living room and on the balcony as well. The condominium is wonderful, we were very well welcomed, and we feel extremely safe. Quiet, family atmosphere. Andreia was also super receptive, showed us the vacancy, took it to the apt, and was available for any queries. I highly recommend it, and I would definitely come back again.

Indescribable Apartment impeccable, very clean, great location and easy arrival. Everything is in great condition. Luciana is a very attentive person, always responded quickly. I have an autistic son and they made sure to send more photos so I can show him to be better. Porteiros are very attentive. I super recommend.

Patrícia's house is very good, but it needs some renovations, such as painting on the outside. One of the bathrooms does not have a box, and the rooms do not have mirrors. The house utensils are reasonable, but all cups are acrylic. We missed a water filter because it was very hot, and the gallon water was not enough. On the other hand, there are plenty of mattresses, which was a plus. There is no space to store the purchases. The kitchen has only a small shelf, which made it difficult to organize food. The pool is excellent, and the pool was present every day for cleaning. However, the outdoor light from the pool was burned, which hindered the use at night. I informed Patrícia about the problem, but I did not get a return on the solution. Overall we had a great stay. The beach is wonderful, and the condominium is excellent, with restaurants, super market, bakery and pharmacy. The house is approximately 4 km from the concierge.

The house is very young, it has great utensils and we served very well. We look forward to returning soon!

The best house we have rented so far, impeccable house, very clean … we love it and at the next opportunity we will return with certainty… not telling Maria Laide was a love. I highly recommend it.

Casa is great for those who want to stay close to the beach, the condominium is very safe, in 5 minutes you are on the beach, it is close to the busiest region of Maresias. The air conditioning in the house is very good, comfortable bed, good infra in the kitchen (many dishes, forks, pots, etc). Great cost-benefit, we'll be back more often for sure.

Our stay at Natalia's was excellent. The property is well located, close to supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies, and very close to the beach. The house is very comfortable, clean, has all the necessary utensils and an excellent leisure area. The condominium where the property is located is also great, very safe and has very polite and helpful employees. House 13 is super cozy, organized and clean. It features cooking utensils and barbecue. Nice and clean pool, I loved it. It was me, my husband and our niece(child) and the house super met our needs and expectations. It has a good location, being close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and etc. Bairro bemossegado. The host Andrea is very cordial, leaving us at will. Thanks so much, we really like the days we spend in your house, as soon as possible we want to come back more times!

It was a wonderful stay, we love the apartment, condominium, the tranquility of the neighborhood. They were incredible days, the apartment is impeccable and cozy, it is complete in utensils, comfortable beds, very well-equipped kitchen, Danuza and Daiane super solicitas. The condominium is complete, super calm and quiet, has kids area, games and swimming pool. Near beautiful beaches, Danuza thank you for the hospitality and cordiality. We will certainly be back.

The apartment served us 100%! Selma is very polite and communication with her is very quiet. I only have two reservations: the electronic lock was not working very easily, we had a bit of difficulty in getting the password; the bulk of the cleaning. But nothing that compromised our trip, it was amazing and we'll be back whenever we can.

Great location. Close to the beach, which is private to the beach address condominium. Extremely safe. I have a daughter in a wheelchair and it was a very good experience. The beach has amphibious chairs that make it much easier to travel. Rodrigo is very helpful and is always ready to respond and help.

Very nice place, lots of nature around and very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the center. The apartment is great, well equipped. And Ederson is very friendly and was helpful with everything we needed. I highly recommend it!!
