Best stay I've ever had in Ilhabela! Gustavo's house is impeccable! Privileged location (5-minute walk to the beach), markets, pharmacies, kiosks and restaurants nearby. Wonderful silence, where we only heard the birds in the morning. The house is extremely clean and complete. Gustavo is great! Super flexible and super willing to offer the best every day we were at his house. Gustavo, thank you for EVERYTHING again! We'll be back soon!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos! Super close to the beach, airy and even with the low wall and movement on the street because it faces the beach, we felt safe. Everyone settled in well. And the beach chairs and umbrellas in the house help a lot. The backyard of the house is huge, from the photos I had no idea how big it is. The balcony upstairs is great to spend the late afternoon. The beach is safe and very beautiful. We'll be back for sure.

Beautiful house with phenomenal view. Full and extremely well equipped house. Sueli was very attentive. As described in the announcement, it is not suitable for children, the elderly or people with mobility difficulties, but the view makes up for the effort. Two bedrooms one suite with double bed and one room with two beds are inside the house and there is a suite with double bed and single bed with a connection by the terrace, this last room has a little more humidity. The office /TV room is super cozy, too bad we didn't even have time to use. Delicious beach, without agglomeration and beautiful. We're going to want to go back.

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. We had wonderful days and look forward to coming back soon!

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

I went with my boyfriend and our little bulldog. The place is very special, with the balcony facing the sea and a free view. The showers are great and the air works very well. Our puppy loved it and we will come back again. There was no one on the beach, only a few students from USP and another guest. A place of peace and quiet

We loved the place, Renata was kind and thoughtful from the beginning of the reservation. Very clean environment, comfortable beds, everything working, great condominium and the house exactly as in the beautiful description.

Laerte's house is a great time. Well equipped, well located and very organized. It is in a wonderful condominium, surrounded by other very beautiful houses. The neighbors are very restrained and quiet. The biggest positives of the house are: proximity to the beach, beach chairs and parasol with a hand cart to take to the beach, dishwasher in the kitchen, air conditioning in all the rooms and flexible check-out. What we miss most: potable water filter, a dumpster closer to the house to deposit the accumulated garbage and air-conditioning in the living room. The verdict: this is an excellent accommodation, which for a very attractive value has met all our expectations. I recommend to the entire community the stay at Laerte's place.

The house is large, has 3 bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and extra mattresses, and one bedroom has an en-suite as shown in the photos. My family and I use the barbecue area a lot, it's an open and cool environment. The pool is not heated, but it didn't need to be, as the heat was so intense that the water was wonderful. Communication with Raphael was quick, check-in and check-out were very flexible. A good tip is to shop before arriving at the house, as the local market broke our branch, but the value is above average. I recommend staying at this accommodation!

Location: the house is not facing the beach, but the condominium does, only a few meters and is already on the beach, detail the beach is clean, beautiful and with strong waves. I found it easy to find the house/condominium and it was also easy to check in General condition of the property: the house had everything it needed, it had a lot of cooking utensils and all that was in the description of the property, the most important factor was the cleaning, everything was clean and organized. I find it interesting to mention that the house does not have a covered garage, so if it is raining it is a bit complicated especially at check-in and checkout time. Hostel: She responded immediately, clarified all questions before me.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and very close to the beach, which facilitates access and avoids the need for a car, the neighborhood is super quiet and offers security. Fernando was always very helpful and proactive, gave us all the necessary information and gave full support to the family, even took us for a quick speedboat ride, Dal also played an important role in this support. The family is already looking forward to returning as soon as possible... it left us wanting more...

My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

The house is just like the pictures! Everything was clean, air-conditioned in every room, TV and other items working perfectly. The street is quiet, and the Almir and Brunno were super attentive from start to finish. I recommend it!

Marvellous stay. Márcio is extremely polite and attentive. He sent me all the guidelines before I even got in touch. When the house was available he immediately let us know and gave us the guidelines for access (too bad we got traffic and couldn't get in on time lol). Extremely clean, organized and equipped house. Great stoves, refrigerators and freezers. Always clean swimming pool. My family loved everything. They can rent without fear, it's worth every penny.

We loved our stay at Hilda’s house, the house has so much charm and character is beautifully situated in the trees. It was perfect with our two young children and we loved falling asleep to the waves and birds. Bonete is such a special place, I hope we return again. We felt at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A private beach, with crystal clear water, a place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtles.

We were me, my wife and our 9-month-old baby. The place is a paradise on earth; we have never been to such an amazing place. We were able to rest and at the same time have a lot of fun for our son. Mr. Francisco was very hospitable, he gave several important tips. The golden key is Rafael, he helped us in everything that was needed, he was willing to help us with what we needed. An exceptionally amazing person! We like the experience very much and look forward to coming back very soon!

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to be welcomed again. Thank you for everything.

Our stay at home was excellent! Place is clean, airy and well-maintained. The beach is simply beautiful and is close by. The house is well-equipped, with everything we need for comfortable and quiet days. Our family loved every moment.
