Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Guadix

We fell in love with Granada & Spain on this trip. The roads are extremely narrow, so beware if you have a car. There is no parking at the apartment but we were able to quickly drop bags off outside before taking the car to a car park. Beware, parking is hard to find! But you can reserve a car park if you are in the know! The apartment is walkable to most places in town within 10 minutes. Otherwise a taxi rank at the end of the street is very helpful and taxis are very reasonably priced. The apartment was well appointed, very clean & well furnished. Beds comfortable. Beautiful view on the balcony of the street. Most needs were met (washing rack hidden on the balcony!). Would stay again! It is a little noisy at night - but Granada is noisy! With ear plugs it is no problem! Great coffee shop a few doors down, and a mini mart too. Beware it is two floors up for carrying suitcases up the stairs- no lift. Muchas gracias!

We enjoyed the location for its access to the city and found it to be very walkable. Good amenities nice bathroom nice bed. Great for a quick trip to Granada.

Clean and very well located apartment to walk to all the tourist attractions of the city of Granada (even the alhambra). Lots of small shops within a 5-minute walk (fruits, vegetables, bread...) and restaurants and bars. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, the parking space is very convenient and allows you to forget your car for the duration of the stay. In short: perfect for a stay in Granada!

Quiet area, a little far from downtown Granada but easy to catch transport to get there. We chose this place because we were traveling by car and wanted an area with parking. It wasn't that easy to find parking, but with some persistence we got it. Maybe because it was the weekend it was a little harder. However our stay was great, the apartment is suitable for two people, with the essentials to spend a few days. It also has the bonus of having information about public transportation and recommendations. Manuel was a great host, available and gave very clear instructions.

David’s property is just as described, and the flats are ideal for a big group. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable, the pricing is more than reasonable, and we would happily recommend this Airbnb to friends and family. We were a party of a dozen people, and David was attentive and flexible, and even kindly helped us all with all our luggage while checking us in personally. The location is excellent; reasonably close to the Alhambra, many food options, and great coffee shops (including one just a few doors down). There is even a playground directly behind the building, which the children loved. The only small addition it could use is video streaming options (Netflix etc.) for the TVs. Great stay and location! The balcony was not directly attached to the apartment but in the complex and each time we went up to it we had it to ourselves and enjoyed the views!

Javier’s place is conveniently located near the city center, and we loved being able to walk almost everywhere in Granada. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed—even some toys for little kids, which was a thoughtful touch. Most importantly, Javier was incredibly kind and welcoming. He went out of his way to offer support, which truly made our stay special!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the alahambric style house. Location was 10/10. Super close to Alhambra (7 -10 min walk) and 7 min walk to the center! - We were a group of 6 people and we slept very comfortably in the space. It was great to have two full bathrooms to accommodate everybody getting ready in the morning. - Jose Luis was a great and fast communicator. - The parking spot was a BIG plus, and Jose Luis brought us to the spot and then drove us back. - The kitchen had everything we needed and more. - The beds were comfortable. - There was a pellet stove that was super easy to use during the cool afternoons and evenings. - Multiple options to heat the rooms (Granda was unseasonably cold and rainy when we visited). - Thank you for such a great stay!

Our stay at Nico’s place was awesome! We booked it to be close to our family who live close by! Our first stay and we will be back! The house had everything you needed, we had a newborn with us and it was great! Thank you!

We had a great time in a spacious house with everything you need to be comfortable and at ease. Susana is a magnificent host who was attentive throughout the stay to resolve our issues and the small problems that arose. Highly recommended.

A nice house with plenty of space for 4 adults on a ski trip. The place was clean and well equipped, with a good view over the ski area. A short walk to the chair lift taking you down to the gondola station. You can also buy ski passes and rent equipment there, very convenient.

Thanks to Francisco and Amalia for their warm hosting, the gift on arrival 😉 The house is very nice and comfortable. For an upcoming trip around Granada we won't hesitate to book this beautiful home!

We spent a wonderful 5 weeks at Maria’s place, it suited us perfectly. It is a charming characterful place which was perfect for us. Those with mobility issues may find the walk to and from the city difficult but it is an amazing location with fantastic views.

Very nice apartment, tastefully furnished and well-equipped. Very good sound insulation from the outside, a little less from neighboring apartments. Ideally located in relation to the city center with many parking lots nearby.

great downtown location walking distance from the Alhambra. Our host is a real winner. Good communication before we arrived. He is also always available for information on where to go and what to do. The stay was like the movie 'Field of Dreams'. I will return for longer stay next time. The location of this place transports you to a remote village. It is not just the super hosts that makes you feel welcomed. The whole village does too. Neighbors would bring us fruits and vegetables. You wouldn't think that villages like this still existed. If you are looking to 'get away', then this is THE place. Rui and Amy

Exceptional Experience The apartment was immaculate, elegantly furnished, and in a perfect location. The host graciously allowed an early check-in, which made our arrival stress-free. It was easy to find, with local markets just steps away and a safe, pleasant walk to the center of Granada. Communication was clear and thoughtful throughout. A truly seamless and memorable stay—we would return without hesitation!

the place was one of the best Airbnb we've had. It is tastefully decorated, and very functional. The bedrooms are comfortable, the bathroom is great, as well as the fact that there are two toilets and a nice little courtyard bringing freshness. Our host is exceptionally kind, caring. The location is ideal. I know Granada well and I assure you that you will not find better, no more in the center of the city. everything was perfect. Thanks again.

This apartment is in a great, central location. You can walk to pretty much everything. The apartment itself is nicely updated and well laid out. The only downside is that one of the bedrooms is partially under the stairs and the stairs are noisy. (One of the upstairs neighbors had a party until 6am and it was super noisy with people coming and going all night.) I would recommend earplugs and then it would be fine. Overall, it’s a great apartment I would stay here again.

I would definitely repeat the experience.
