The cave is a natural underground, sustainable and bioclimatic house with a pleasant temperature throughout the year. Renovated with a lot of love, mixing the old with the modern, I have created a cozy and zen atmosphere. It is very cozy in summer as well as in winter. It is a mountain place and with its 1200 m above sea level. It's a less hot area in summer than many other places due to its geography and it cools down well at night. It is 1 km from the village and located between Baza and Guadix.

Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

Cozy house in a quiet and beautiful rural mountain setting in Granada. Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open layout with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails are a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

A recently restored two-story house that retains many original features, including its hydraulic tile floors, doors, and chestnut wood beams. The entire first floor has incredible mountain views through a large bay window. There is a hall with a bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, and a 90x200 cm bed. On the second floor (with a wide staircase), there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A full bathroom, a terrace, and a space for working or yoga.

Enjoy a luxurious experience at this centrally-located home. A palatial inspiration in a spacious apartment. Its ceilings over 4 m high, wooden beams over 100 years old, the original bricks of the time give an incredible uniqueness to this apartment. The chandelier with more than 35 bulbs and the Chester sofa in the living room mark its elegant style. We have recovered the original paper. Their ensuite room is truly impressive, with over 500 tiny light bulbs.
