Karen was very proactive and responsive. The place is lovely. Swimming-pool & jacuzzi are great. We had a water cut during our stay, nothing the owner could do about but i would suggest you plan bottles of water just in case. Overall we had a great time. The view from the place is amazing and close by the airport without being a nuisance.

Great location, villa is a really good size for large groups and has a really nice outdoor area. The apartment is very secure and private. Host was very helpful and responsive.

All was good. If you are looking for a quiet place, the finca is perfect. Also to work their the wifi connection was good and fasr had no problems to join online meetings when i was their.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rafael’s. It was so peaceful and relaxing it was honestly the best part of our Spain trip. We felt like we were home, it had everything we needed and was so comfortable. It was close to other towns, if you wanted to get out and explore. We also really enjoyed the pool. We would ABSOLUTELY come back! Rafael was great at responded anytime we had questions or needed suggestions. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

After arriving in Malaga we found our original villa had been double booked (not a Rem property or via Airbnb) and 10 of us left without anywhere to stay! Got straight on Airbnb and REM’s listing popped up, messaged to ask about availability and someone replied immediately. Within an hour we had booked, been given all the relevant details and booked a taxi to take us to the villa. On arrival we were blown away by the beautiful views and the fantastic villa. We all agreed that actually this villa made our holiday. It’s perfect surroundings meant we spent a little more time at the villa than we’d planned because it was just so beautiful. Thank you REM’s for saving a special birthday and for the constant communication to check everything was ok. I’ve now saved all the details and will definitely be booking again.

Beautiful villa with beautiful environments and views of the Mediterranean Sea and the hinterland, very pleasant flower gardens. The villa is very comfortable, including bedding, and very well equipped, especially if you are traveling with children or a baby. José was very welcoming, and very available if needed. Flexible checkout and return for us, which was a real plus compared to our flights. Very beautiful area to discover. Recommended!

A truly stunning find! George & friend Javier were wonderful hosts. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with truly amazing warmth and hospitality. The villa is immaculate and a unique experience. Fitted out with a very high level of modern luxury: salt water pool, outdoor dining, balcony , sunbathing areas, cutting edge kitchen - all tastefully designed & hand-picked furniture creating many wonderful spaces to relax and entertain. We comfortably slept 6 people with room for two more. The location is only a ten minute walk to main Torremolinos which now has many fantastic beaches, restaurants & nightlife to explore. I cannot recommend this property highly enough - our best experience on Airbnb. All the best. Steven & Fiona

We had an amazing holiday staying here. The villa is very clean and modern, equipped with everything you need during the stay. The outdoor pool area is wonderful! It’s in a great location, and within walking distance of the beach, plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this villa, and look forward to returning back here in the future!

Absolutely beautiful villa- it has everything you need and an amazing pool/ view. We really enjoyed our stay here- as mentioned on some other reviews the villa is on a hill so this may be an issue for some guests. However, for us the location was great, shops very nearby and a short walk from the centre/ restaurants and beach. Nicola was quick to communicate and was really helpful during our stay too!

This villa is beautiful and the view is absolutely stunning! The view is so beautiful that it almost didn’t seem real, we kept joking that it looked AI generated, like it was a Microsoft desktop wallpaper! Being able to communicate directly with the house manager (Pepe) was great to answer any queries we had. Pepe did a great job showing us around when we arrived and was flexible with arrival considering we had a 2.5 year old with us. The villa is as described. We spent the majority of our time in the pool mesmerised by the view. Marbella and Puerto Banús is only a 20 minute uber away. Plus we managed to get some uber eats delivered to us one night. There’s a mini market a 10 minute walk away. Unfortunately it started heavily raining (unusual) while we were in the mini market and the owner was SO kind to offer us a car ride back to the villa! Thank you Hamza! Overall we had an amazing time & will be back again!

This place is a peaceful oasis. A beautiful villa set in lovely gardens and equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. Florence was very responsive and friendly, always there to answer any questions we might have.

A beautiful home to stay in, we loved every minute. Nathalie was so communicative pre arrival and Norbert was fantastic on arrival. Stunning and peaceful location with sea and mountain view’s but with such easy access to all surrounding areas. We hadn’t realised a cot and high chair would be provided so that was a lovely surprise on arrival for our little one. Our one and only negative would be the pool, we were there in October but the pool wasn’t heated and therefore was very cold. The pool is also salt water so it wasn’t as clean as maybe one would’ve hoped for. All in all, a stunning place to stay and the games room with pool table, table tennis, table football and darts was fantastic. We will be looking to return next year because it is such a lovely home and its location is just gorgeous! Thank you Nathalie and Norbert for a lovely stay.

We had an amazing time, stunning property, fabulous pool. The kitchen has everything you need, plenty of outside space. Secluded garden with a view of the sea in the distance, shops and towns anywhere from 10 -20 minutes away by car. We came to relax and unwind and it was the perfect place for family time. The host Dirk is excellent, helpful, immediate response to any question. The house has everything you need and more. We didn’t want to leave.

My family and my sister’s family recently stayed at Mar’s villa to celebrate my mum’s 60th. We were absoloutely blown away with the level of service, helpfulness and kindness of the host. The villa was absolutely perfect for our needs, it was spacious, spotless, so well equipped. The pool was so clean and a decent size and all the added touches for the kids were so nice. The location is fantastic. Easy to get an uber to surrounding restaurants if you don’t want to walk. The beach front is a 7 min walk. We would love to visit again with friends. Can’t thank the hosts enough for their help and guidance to ensure a smooth stay. Also recommend uber eats supermarket delivery for things like water or essentials. Lovely takeaways in the area too! Me and the lads stayed here for 6 nights, was an amazing time and unforgettable. Place was just as described and really nice for a stag. We prefer to have a place a bit isolated to play music and have fun at odd times which this provided. I'd say it was definitely worth it. Maria who took care of us was always ready to help and was very prompt. The beds and pillows could have been a bit comfier and the floor in bathroom in the guest house does get dirty quick if you don't maintain it. Some Ubers didn't pick us up because they were confused as to where it was but more than not you can easily find an uber / taxi to take you and pick you up especially once you can direct them if your plan is to not get a car. Overall it was great.

Thanks to our hosts, the place was spotless. In addition, they had made sure to install a barrier for our children around the pool. Thanks also for the special touches for the kids and for us, on arrival at the accommodation. Communication was quick when we needed information. A big thank you for this beautiful week spent in your area. We will recommend this place to our loved ones.

Tatiana was a great host, always responsive and gave lots of information up front. The villa itself was beautiful- lots of space for a family of 9 and kept in pristine condition. Short walk to the beach and local amenities but set it a lovely private and quiet location

Aitana was very helpful. She helped us with the booking. I arrived late. She received me with a smile, wine, water, coffee and more. She is young but has compassion of a senior and she gave me a warm welcome. The house has more than I expected. Everything in the house is well thought of. Very tasteful decorated. It feels homey and warm. Nice lighting and furniture. A fireplace. Clean spaces. Soap, shampoo and shower gel. Luxury towels. I enjoy the view from the balcony over the sea. The sunsets are amazing. At night you see a banner of twinkling lights in the distance. The area is quiet. It is in a gated community. We can park the car at street level (upper floor) but we can als park a floor below. Which is unique! Both floors can be run independently from each other. It’s about 10 min by car to the beach. And 5 min buy car to shopping mall. We definitely recommend! Grateful for being here. We had 3 parties, 2birthdays and a 5yr old boy to enjoy the facilities even though it predominantly rained, the heated pool and hot tub were a godsend and the games available were just brilliant for the dry spells. I would not hesitate to recommend the 2villas and space to anyone. Thanks Antonio

Beautiful place with privacy and the best views, from morning to sunset

Fran is an amazing host, very responsive and helpful. The house was beautiful - home from home. Was described as not suitable for anyone with a disability but just to point out it was located up a very steep hill and to get to the house there are multiple steps ! The house is close to a school so can be a bit noisy during school time when they are playing out and the school bell! Very Spanish area which we loved, Multiple restaurants, a supermarket, great coffee shop/ bakery - if u walk down the mountain to the sea front and turn left you will come across some gorgeous cove type beaches and fabulous restaurants - great seafood places and very reasonable prices. We only discovered this half way through the week and so glad we did ! We went into Malaga centre a few times. Walked it along the coast and got taxi’s for around 8 euros. We were 6 women, clean rooms missing mirrors, comfy beds, lovely pool, ceiling fans - may be hot in summer. We had a great time - will return to the area x
