Vacation rentals with a patio in Guacimo

The view from this apartment is the most attractive feature. From the master bedroom, to the kitchen, living room, and the balcony, you have the most amazing views of San Jose. The lights at night are incredible. The windows open with ease allowing for a nice breeze throughout the apartment. No air conditioning necessary. The apartment had everything one needs to live comfortably. Within a short walk are many great restaurants, shopping outlets, and grocery stores. I recommend the Italian restaurant nearby. The unit was very clean. If you're a light sleeper, simply bring earplugs as the building is located near a busy street. personally, I slept well as I am used to the sounds of the city. There is access to a fitness area, hot tub, and a sauna. I loved the sauna. The hosts were so awesome with their response times and kindness. They were always helpful and friendly. I had the greatest time during my stay and I will gladly be back in this Airbnb again soon. Thanks so much!

Great location with walkable restaurants and cafes nearby. Rooftop pool area very nice. Nice for a short stay in San Jose and less than half hour from the airport.

It's the perfect place to experience the capital, the condo is simply spectacular!

Very good stay. I was there for 3 months. Loved having grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. Area was very safe. Friendly area. The only downside is the train. I didn’t think I would be able to make it with the train coming 20 times a day, but I got used to it. The hosts were always very attentive and quick to fix any issues. Thanks again!

The best place we've visited in SJ! The place was spotless when we arrived. Check-in was easy. Indoor parking is ideal in these rainy seasons. The place is perfectly equipped. Having 1 and 1/2 bathrooms is super convenient. It will definitely become our #1 in East SJ.

Great 🟢 accommodation for when attending events at Hacienda Sitio Mata, you can even walk there. 🟢A fairly quiet and safe place. 🟢 The amenities are as described. 🟢 Marlon is very attentive to your needs. 🟡 The parking is on the edge of the street (Parking 1) but it has a space to store the cars less than 40 meters away that is safer (Parking 2) a little steep but more hidden, likewise, the area is very quiet. Highly recommended.

Loved staying here! Charlotte was a friendly, responsive host and left great instructions that were very easy to follow.

Communication with the host was excellent. Very helpful and responsive. The cabin was great. Kitchen well stocked. Bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful. Note that the 5:30 am morning sun comes in and the animals get up that early. If you want to sleep in, bring eye covers and ear plugs. We had a lovely breakfast on the porch looking at the volcano. Overall, it was a good stay.

Excellent place

Excellent apartment! One of the few that have ice and cold water available from the moment of check-in. Well equipped for cooking and the hosts responded quickly!

The apartment is just as it appears in the photos, the area is very good, very conveniently located, it has restaurants nearby and people who use the train have it next door. Very quiet and safe area. We had difficulties entering on several occasions because the guards at the booth did not register us well from day 1, so every time we left we had problems entering. This issue was resolved after many attempts, but we would have loved to have avoided this inconvenience. We had visitors, Jacob authorized it without a problem and they entered without any difficulty. We would definitely go back! We loved the apartment, very well decorated and you feel at home. It was super clean, has laundry, and everything you need for cooking and having a long stay. It was magnificent.
