Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity and dishes. Small cottage located on a farm with stunning views of the Totak lake and the mountains. We live in one of the houses on the farm. Another house has two apartments that are rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In summer, there is access to tables, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of groomed ski slopes, 5 min away by car. 10 min to ski resorts. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car chargers. Great hiking terrain summer/autumn.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Homey with everything you need for a pleasant visit to Rjukan. Walk 1 min to shops, pharmacy, liquor store, restaurants. Bakery a few meters away from the doorstep. Rjukanbadet 10 minutes walking distance. Leave the car in the free parking right outside the door. Free Mountain Bus takes you to Gausta/Gaustatoppen only 20 minutes away. The apartment is located in the middle of the city center but still withdrawn from the main street.

In Dalen city center there are cozy shops and cafes you can visit.

The living room has a dining table and corner sofa, TV and satellite receiver Private toilet and bathroom with shower. Towels and bed linen can be rented for NOK 100 per set.

The property is nicely located in Våmartveit in Vinje municipality - great nature both summer and winter. 25 minutes away from the nearest city center, Åmot. Where you can find shops. With great hiking opportunities, this is the place for the whole family. Våmartveit is a quiet and idyllic area in Vinje Municipality. Good fishing opportunities. There is a cross-country ski network in the winter, and good hiking opportunities in the summer. There is a road all the way to the cabin. There is mobile coverage.

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a corner sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed if needed), a cosy fireplace, a large dining table, a loft, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Large terrace with a dining table and a view of the lake and the mountains. We have our own marina, boat ramp and a boat, 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs that can be rented. 15 min to the ski centre.
