This cozy holiday house, created by two designers, is located close to the popular Spreewald. Here you can enjoy the traditional villages and the stunning nature. Directly behind my house the natural reserve starts, so you shouldn’t have a problem with spiders an insects cause you will definitely meet them here. You can have a bath in the river Spree to which you can walk in half a minute from my house. Besides that you can make hikes (for example to the famous Brahnitzer-Park and the castle).

Außerdem ist unser Haus der perfekte Startpunkt um Leipzig, Dresden, Wittenberg, das Tropical Island oder den Spreewald zu erkunden.

The house is secluded in the Dahlen Heath nature area and can only be reached via a forest track. No traffic, no roads in sight – just trees and silence. Ideal for couples and guests seeking a peaceful retreat away from everyday life. Hiking trails start right at the doorstep, and a wood-burning stove provides warmth during the cooler months. Wi-Fi is available. Please note that the property is not suitable for families with children or guests with limited mobility.

This small guest house is in the middle of a recreational community, 2 minutes walk from the lake. The property is bordered by hedges. There is a covered terrace with summer furniture and a charcoal grill in the garden.Outdoor games for children are outside. A small dog can also go on vacation upon request. This vacation spot is for slowing down and enjoying tranquility. Biking and walking, relaxing on the beach and swimming. Note: No internet is available.

The vacation home is located in a natural garden, with a small "beach" and natural pond, on Lutherweg. It is 6 km to Karls Erlebnis-Dorf and 4 km to the city center of Döbeln. Enjoy the quiet nights in the comfortable 1.80 m double bed and wake up in the morning with birdsong. There are 3 rooms (dining/sleeping, small children's bedroom, bathroom with open shower) The house is well insulated and can be heated, therefore also highly recommended for the winter.

In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Spielplatz, ein Badesee und eine Straußenfarm. Die Umgebung lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren ein. Genießen Sie den Duft und lauschen Sie dem Orchester des Waldes. Bei gutem Wetter können Sie duch ein Dachfenster, mit Blick auf den Sternenhimmel, einschlafen.

The entire house is a non-smoking house. The house is located close to the center in the middle of a green single-family house settlement. The historic city center can be reached by bus (4 minutes' walk) or train (3 stops) in about 20 minutes.
