The room has a bed of 140 x 200, 2 armchairs and cupboards. The pantry kitchen for quick and easy meals is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, dishes and washing machine. Seating area in the garden is furnished

Enjoy the special flair of a 200-year-old, thatched farmhouse, one of the most beautiful half-timbered houses in the village. You are welcomed by a former stable, now a hall-like hall with a special atmosphere: Here you will find the small, stylish apartment, nestled in a beautiful natural ensemble. This house became famous in 1976 when the famous actress Elisabeth Flickenschildt wanted to realize her dream as a farmer in the countryside here, but died in 1977.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a large loggia overlooking the garden and the apple orchards in the Altes Land. From the loggia you can follow the big ships that sail to Hamburg or towards the North Sea. In addition to a bedroom, the apartment has a kitchen / living area and a fully equipped bathroom. A washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. Wi-Fi and parking space are included.

Blue cottage on the dike

Accommodation in Seestermühe between Hamburg and Glückstadt. Our Blue Hut at the Old Elbe Dike lies directly on the Elbe Cycle Route / North Sea Cycle Route. We offer an overnight stay in our lovingly furnished, approximately 20 sqm wooden house in our garden. Relax after your day’s tour on the bench under the apple tree or while watching the sunset on the dyke, alongside the sheep.

Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view.
