The cottage has its own jetty, rowing boat and direct access to Loch Knockie, including fishing rights for brown trout during the season. Walk through the front door, down the stairs into the main living area and you will be taken into another world! The panoramic view of the loch and hills beyond is very special. Urquhart Bay Barn, situated at the Urquhart Bay Viewpoint, is a charming and spacious self-catering renovation, with two bedrooms (one can be either two single beds or a king size bed), completed to a very high standard, with stunning views across Loch Ness and Glen Urquhart from the dining area window and gardens. We are just a few minutes walk from the iconic Urquhart Castle. The Barn itself is built with stone taken from Urquhart Castle in the late 1800s.
