There is a fenced garden with a large trampoline, a sandbox, a fireplace, and in the summer months it is possible to set up a tent for children and adventurous characters. For adults, there is a pleasant outdoor seating, sun loungers, a parasol, a gas grill and a selection of wines. You can use the Infrared Sauna to relax.

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. In the old block parlor is the fully equipped kitchen and the cozy room with tiled stove. In addition, there is a large room for approx. 30 people. The natural garden with orchard can be used for barbecuing and relaxing. A ping pong table is available.
